How hard is it to be respectful and do your job? I don’t get why the employees here feel ENTITLED to be nasty and rude. I was attended by Kandy and she approached me with an attitude and shorted us on our order. This isn’t the first time she has shorted us on our sauces and when I inquired about the sauce that I paid for she called me a lying n****. Taco Bell needs to step it up and do better because she is the best they can do then they need to close.
Ask for a higher manager who can make their mistake right and get told they're off right now and to call back in an hour. I asked if they could call me when they get in and get told, ill relay the message. What message will he relayed as you don't have my information, "we got caller ID". I don't expect 5* service but that was the worst customer service ever expirenced. Missing a whole meal $12 and a side $3 side and have to return for a refund? Disgusting performance
Went in at 7:50 pm on 2/11/2024. Went to Kiosk to order couldn’t get anything to work properly. Figured it was kiosk so went to one right beside it. Still same issue nothing would allow me to order after viewing the menus. Went to counter told the girl I couldn’t get kiosk work. She said yeah their not working. This girl had watched me the whole time and NEVER said a word. So I ordered with her the Chicken Enchilada Burrito combo. She never even apologized for not saying anything prior to me trying to use kiosk. Waited for my order. Got it within minutes and left. Got home and saw NOTHING was correct except for my drink cause I fixed that myself. They gave me the cheesy beef burrito, double stacked taco and crushed chips and cheese dip. It was not a difficult order and the stuff they had on for toppings is nothing that I would have gotten on my order. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! It was more goofing off than working there and I was just too tired to go back and deal with the incompetence of the girl and staff. The food was cold and I just threw it all away. Wastes my money at this Taco Bell location for the last time. Never even got a receipt. Absolutely ridiculous. The atmosphere was as if I dealt with middle school children.
Ordered 6 steak burritos, 2 Supreme crunchwraps, and 1 chicken burrito. Steak burritos primarily consisted of excessive sour cream, very little meat oh maybe a teaspoon of everything else. Chicken burrito a joke and the crunchwraps definitely weren't supreme. The young man BJ who took my order was fantastic!! However; the person who prepared my food should be ashame. I should have payed attention to the reviews. I live 45 minutes away from this location and will never ever waste my time or money at this establishment should have went to chili's like I started to. What happened to integrity. I am well aware that everyone can have a off day yet; an attitude of I going to make and serve you slop not fit for a pig is unacceptable. Disgusted, disappointed and definitely not going back!!!

SLOW. AND YOU DO NOT GET ACKNOWLEDGED UNTIL YOU HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING TO THEM. AVOID! WE WAITED ABOUT 20 MINUTES FOR 6 Crunchy 1.29 TACOS AND MY FRIEND WAITED ALMOST 45 MINUTES AND STILL WAITING FOR HIS FOOD WHILE I SIT HERE AND COMMENT.
Best customer service! Dominique W “Dom” was so friendly, and she handled multiple orders with customizations while processing payments and serving inside. Dom is a rockstar! This was a great stop on our roadtrip. Super easy to order vegan as well.
I noticed on the order screen they had put a drink that we didn’t order so I made sure my significant other asked them about it when we got to the window because I didn’t want him to get charged for something we didn’t order nor want. Before he handed over his card to a worker named Kandyce he asked about the other drink and they told him “I already clicked pay” implying they couldn’t take it off our order..? I know that’s nonsense I work in food service and they could’ve easily just pressed cancel payment and took the extra charged drink off our order but she just didn’t want to for some reason. There was only one car behind us, so they weren’t very busy during this time. Just disappointed how they handled the situation. Drink tasted like watered down sprite too.
