Wish I read the plethora of reviews relating to the night shifts food quality before coming. Sprite and lemonade both tasted horrible completely watered down. Both of the new cantina tacos has absolutely no meat complete waste of money what a sad taco bell.
I’m sorry but whoever was working the food line tonight 10/25/23 at 9:30pm is horrible at their job and should absolutely be fired my food was not warm and was clearly not even heated up at all because the cheese was not melted at all and nothing was warm this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at this Taco Bell and I’ve already had a few bad experiences. Btw the people that are working the fast food line will talk so fast you can’t even catch a word that they say
This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Every time I have ordered from the one in Bellevue they never get it correct. This time around they have toped the charts by not only getting the order incorrect but also destroyed the food and was rude in doing so. I wanted a refund or to talk to a manager but they don't answer there phone. Within all this they also never gave me a receipt to file a complaint. It would be in Taco Bells best interest as a business to fire the entire crew as this problem seems to be consistent and the management is incapable of training there employees on the basics of placing food items in a paper bag.
I hate to say this! This location has been the worst taco bell we ever been to! We stood in front of register for all of 10 minutes with no help with 3 other patrons behind us! We walked out! Unbelievable never happened anywhere else besides the help just telling I'll be right with you, good luck ordering here! Never to stop there again!
Nika resolved our mistake we found once we drove away from the location. We called and explained and Nika took care of us in the most professional manner. Again, thank you. 10/10
Food was fast, should have checked it before I got home. Hard shell tacos were more like chips, completely destroyed. 2 soft tacos were ordered without cheese, both had cheese.
The best taco bell near ocala. The ocala stores suck. Employees are rude and food is cold. Just go to belleview worth it
I paid $8.00 for this. This is less fries than what you would get ordering just the fries...
