Third driver for uber eats that said 15 minutes delivery and it’s been over an hour now. Each driver keeps leaving because this location keeps putting off the Uber eats orders. I get a call from Taco Bell who says they will be canceling my order because they have no beans or fries, but they don’t cancel it. Meanwhile my driver is stuck messaging me to cancel telling me others continually are getting their food. I try and cancel, but Taco Bell via Uber are trying to charge me for the order. So after 90 minutes I cancel by calling iUber. Crazy. Uber throws me $10 credit. Waste of time. Done with Taco Bell and Uber Eats.
We literally waited 15 minutes for our dine-in order. It’s like they completely ignored everyone inside the restaurant and only filled the drive-through orders for 13 minutes before even attempting the dine-in orders. I literally saw cars pulling into the line after placing my order, and I saw those same cars leaving with their food no more than 5 minutes later. Fast food? Not a chance…
Always check your bag.. You can ask them until your blue in the face if everything is in the bag.. they ALWAYS mess your order up. Then when you try to call the number. they answer and then hang up on you. Too worrried about gossiping instead of doing their job
Taco Bell's dishonesty with the cash-only facade is appalling and undermines customer trust. The dismissive attitude of the staff reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Such unethical practices demand immediate attention from the owner to salvage the restaurant's integrity and customer loyalty.
Hard to get to from north bound Reagan Blvd. Hard to leave on SR434 westbound. Even though almost nobody patronizing and no one in line ar registers we were asked to use kiosk to order. The menu choices are numbered on overhead menu. On kiosk the items aren’t numbered so you have to scan down reading all to find your choices. It was 7:30 pm and fewrer than 6 people it took a long time to get order. We are vegetarian so had beans on Mexican Pizza and tacos instead of beef. Beans had clearly been sitting for long and were thick and crumbly. All they had to do was add some water to revive the beans. Thick crusty beans in the tacos, Almost no sauce or cheese and thick pile of beans in center of pizza with none on the rest of the stale tortilla. This was truly the worst food presentation at a Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced.
Sever yellsat customers when the order is wrong good took 25 minutes for 2 items bad service bad restaurant taco bell need to close them so you don't mess up this entire business through association Not to mention their portion sizes is getting smaller by the second. Look at this nasty Nacho platter.
The construction of this establishment is top notch! Very clean and well organized. The parking lot is a little tight but still flows well. Definitely worth the drive to try out a new Taco Bell. Unbelievably clean, kid friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Josh the GM is fantastic and fun while also being helpful. Very attentive staff all around.
I was one of two people in the lobby And they only had 1 or 2 cars every 7 or 10 minutes. Not that busy be Honest with you. I ordered 2 taco supreams, no lettuce no tomatoes extra cheese and extra sour cream. One of the tacos had beef the other had black beans. So I went up to the counter to get some help and It just so happens. The only other person in the lobby with me needed help as well.It took the five or six people Working about seven minutes to notice us after I raised my voice. When I mentioned to the supposed manager that the one taco had black beans instead of beef. She informed me that I ordered black beans on both of them. Apparently accidentally which I apologized for because that was my fault. However, if that was the case she still messed it up because the other one had Beef. She had a not pleasant look on her face. She was rude.
And the other patron in the lobby with me agreed when I said I would never come back here again. I could hear the musical foul language.
And they were too busy on their phones
