Still the worst taco bell. Still only 1 star. Ordered the new cheesey Mexican pizza with Jalapeño and it was not fresh the taco parts were soft and barely any nacho cheese. The two soft tacos my meal came with were wet. I have never gotten wet tacos before.
I wish I could part no star. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They never get the order right. The staff always has attitude and playing around. I understand that you can have a off day so I gave them another try. 3 strikes you are out! In creditable that every single time they got the order wrong and when you say something give you attitude about it and don't fix the problem. Stay away from this place. The worst!!!!!!!!!
I come here maybe 3 or 4 times a week , I always ask for no tomato because I am allergic, every time they always put tomatoes. They can't read the screen . Also the way they make the food at this location is horrible looks disgusting most the time and not made according to the menu, they forget or add items as they please . They never answer the phone either when you try to call and complain . The workers are always high on the night shift , they forget items always and have horrible service. Worst taco bell location I've ever been to . The photo is of their grilled cheese burrito, as you can see they forgot to put the melted cheese on the burrito and the beans look old and rotten .
I had pre-ordered my food online. I went to go pick up my food. After waiting in line to get my food, i had received my bags and i went home. I was a fool for not checking the bags, because none of the chicken enchilada burritos were inside the bag. They had placed nachos and cheese, and a gordita in one of the bags. Neither of those were in my order. It was shame to have gone home after taking time to go online and order, and to find out that what i had paid for was not inside the bags.
The night shift was so nice and courteous to take my order, one of the item ran out, The young lady gave me an option to substitute for something else and apologized for that inconvenience. she even offer me Water for the wait. Thsts is how strike customer service, keep up to the good work!!
I ordered a $5 box, the chalupa was old, the hard taco was soggy and the strawberry lemonade had no flavor at all. Worst Taco Bell I ever had. It’s like they didn’t even put effort to give me decent food.
Horrible service for night shift. No large cups but paid for one. You would think they would tell you when ordering. Order a quesadilla and got no chicken plus it looked so sad. I would have went back for a refund but didn’t have time. Never going back! They don’t give receipts so there’s no way to do surveys!
