They are quick here! In a good way that is. Only slow process is the folks that can't make up their minds. The parking lot is always clean upon pulling up. The drive-thru is always tidy. Every employee I've ever picked up from has always been pleasant and polite. And 1 last thing that makes this location so much better... they give you extra sauce when you request some. Not just 1 pack.
I come here a lot, and every time, I get great service! It's always late, so I can't speak for the day shift. However, the evening and late night employees are amazing. I never have to wait on my order, and if I do, it's no more than a couple of minutes. They are very accommodating when something is wrong or need to add or change an item. I really appreciate these guys. If its gonna be right at closing or a minute or 2 after, I call to let them know I'm on my way, and they have always been willing to help me. A great crew, huge menu, and yummy food makes for a positive experience everytime!!
Had a door dash mixup while in the drive thru the female on the night shift was polite and helpful however, there was a male who was also a male, and I was happy to move, if asked but I wasn’t asked and didn’t know what to do the guy who was working the night 11pm shift said very rudely and with attitude “you need to move and get out the way”. I was just doing my job, and never had this happen before, the female deserves to be the supervisor, and the male needs to be retrained in how to deal with people. I order Taco Bell very often but if this is how y’all treat delivery workers, then I don’t know if I want to eat there anymore
The people in the drive thru are always so sweet and helpful. They are genuine and go above and beyond to make your day for no reason other than pure kindness.
Every person that works drive thru is rude, my food always looks like it’s thrown in the wrapper and smushed. Cant even get a simple “thank you have a good day”. Genuinely pathetic, get a new crew don’t pay them more.
Worst job to ever work. The MANAGERS will bully you out of your job for no reason. There was CLEAR favoritism and I recommend no one ever work here!!!
If I could give them a negative rating I would ! Came thru the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and wa stood if I didn’t get out of the drive thru the police would be called . Rude unhelpful and as a former employee honestly piss poor excuse for customer service ! Would not recommend go to Dublin way better all the wya around !
The Restaurant was nasty inside.. the windows. Good lord hire a Service to
