Food actually deserves no star rating. Bought the chalupa $5 box. My chalupa was wet and soggy. Returned to the restaurant and was given 2 coupons for free tacos (they expire today) and a second chalupa. When I went to eat that one it was also wet and soggy. Returned to the restaurant for a second time and explained and showed them the issue. Over heard a team member tell another team member not to use the old chalupas and to make a fresh one. Not only was this chalupa dry but it was also hot. Won't be coming back here for sub par food. Don't recommend this Taco Bell to anyone!
I looked up chicken cantina bowls online, WITH my selected store and they came up as something like 7.49$, they actually cost us 10.95$
I get inflation and all, but why am I seeing this as cheaper online? Scam….
We could’ve gone to Qudoba for basically the same price and it would’ve been better
I Just love Taco Bell! Their food is amazing, and this location does a lot of Business and their not slow, their very helpful, and the food is still tasty! At great prices might I add!
I am going to admit I do not like Taco Bell seasoning. With that said, my sister whom I was with loves it.
So she begged me to order something I thought I would be okay ordering a cheese quesadilla. I was wrong. It had spicy cheese in it that was almost like liquid cheese. You'd get in a can and it was just full and ran out.
When I said to my sister I can't eat this. She goes I'll take it and then she said it was burnt.
Like I said, I am not a Taco Bell person. My sister loves it and eats her frequently and she said they have really gone downhill, in their food preparations.
I have never once had a perfect order from this Taco Bell, except tonight! Whoever the hell was making my order around 1230/1 am deserves a raise! Everything was full as it could've been without exploding, baja blast freeze was available which is always cool, everything that was added and taken away from the order was correct, it was hot! great night for smokers to go to TB that's for sure!
Ignorant 3rd shift let's the customer Stand at the counter for 20 plus minutes while they just stay huddled up chatting with each other! Maybe they shouldn't do so many drugs before they come to work...
Customer service was absolutely awful, they told us to wait a minute and after about 15 minutes, we just left because they absolutely ignored us, yet they let people roll right on through the drive through. There were not enough people ordering food to be that slow....... Another lady actually left before us, complaining that they are always this way and she was absolutely sick of it.
Faith took our order and is so delightful! Smiles and good vibes all around, and considering I can be pretty indecisive not only did she help me figure out my order but I never felt rushed, the food she recommended was delicious, and she had nothing but great energy. The Owosso T-Bell crew and Faith in particular deserve recognition for being exceptional in an industry that demands so much! (I've worked in food before, this crew seriously does such a great job.)
