You never know what you'll get at this location. I usually order a cheesy double beef burrito, but it's wrong at nearly half the time... sometimes I get the right item but it's missing an ingredient. Sometimes they add jalapenos when we both agreed I did NOT want it spicy. Sometimes I get completely the wrong item -- last time I got a grilled cheese burrito (they charged me for the more expensive item, I just didn't realize it until later). Today I got -- not sure actually, a simple bean burrito but with nacho sauce added, I guess? Is that a thing? They definitely charged me for the burrito I ordered though, not this cheaper... thing.
I'm going to have to start checking more thoroughly before leaving the drive through window. Recommend everyone else does the same.
The atmosphere at this place is one of complete, eerie silence. Staff does nothing to help. People that are at the front counter. Nothing but side eye and being ignored. Sat in there for nearly 30 minutes waiting for a pickup order. Could not get a single word out of the staff.
Food is already mediocre at Taco Bell. This kind of "service" makes this a one-star restaurant.
Taco Bell has been a consistent pregnancy craving for me. So I’ve been to several and this Taco Bell is by far the best I have been to. Probably the best fast food place I have ever been to. First, their freeze machine is never broken. And second, the customer service has always been outstanding. They are so quick with their service and super nice. Especially the young girl who gave the sweetest compliments to me and my husband and asked us about our baby who is due soon! She put a big smile on our faces after such a rough day.
Good portion,really friendly staff. Appreciate all staff for showing such kindness towards everyone.
The people here are so nice and friendly, and my order has never been messed up. Im vegan so my orders are very customized and usually at Taco bells I would say the order gets messed up every 3-4 times I go. I come here probably around 10 times a month and have NEVER had an order messed up :)
Very impressed with tonight's service! There was a long line when we arrived, but once we got to the window they got us our food quickly. The best part though: freshest food I've had at a Taco Bell.
I went there tonight to get food, and I ordered cheesy roll ups and a bean burrito. All of the cheesy roll ups were not melted cheese and gross. My bean burrito was also tasted gross. I’m usually very happy with their food, not tonight.
If I could give zero stars I would, we ordered online and our drinks and half our order was missing, we order some extra hot sauce and didn’t even receive one package. If you’re wanting a good service and actually receive what you order I’d recommend going to any other place than these guys. Seriously dissatisfied
