This location is absolutely filthy. All the tables were dirty above and below. Inside the kitchen is even worst. I know they are all young but someone needs to be on top of it. And they totally missed the sandwich completely with the sauce. The food did come out quick and hot. Just trying to get the image of the kitchen out of my head before i get the guts to eat.
I used the drive thru and ordered a Doritos taco, chalupa supreme, root beer and the cinnabon bites.. There wasn't a line at 11pm and the food was served quickly. The employee at the drive thru was friendly, handed me my drink and asked if I need any sauce... Paying was quick and easy. I live about 5 minutes or so away.. food was still hot and freaking delicious! Everything was as ordered and they didn't skimp on anything!!! Plenty of meat and veggies, sour cream ????. Taco was crunchy, chalupa was the best ever.. but the Cinnabons... Oh my goodness!! My first time having them!!! I have to say... YUMMY!!!!!! Hot, soft, cinnamon sugar.. melt in your mouth bite with creamy deliciousness inside! Wow... Hit it outta the ballpark with those!!! I will definitely try those again soon!! I can see an addiction happening if I don't pace myself ????. Great experience and I hope everyone gets the same delicious food I did ????
Got wrong order, when trying to get their attention ignored for about 10minutes, got refunded but not all, didn't complain but when reordered what I really wanted, it was cold and not served as they suppose to. Place was having like a party, was very loud, drink area very dirty, no sauce were available. Just not what I expected.
We got 2 15s wich are the Littles. And 2 potato soft taco .. the fresh were less than room temperature. ACTUALLY cold. The taco was alright
This taco bell has the best service. Wonderful people we really had an awesome experience here yesterday. Thank you so much Grove taco bell yall the best
Less than half a cup of cheese dip fries are old and not full chalupa shell was stale inside was good. Burrito was ok.
Worst dinning experience ive had in jay was out of everything made me go thru drive thru to get refund then ended up making me repark in the same spot they had me leave to go get my refund been waiting over 20 minutes just for them to tell me again to go thru the drive thru to get my refund after they told to eait up front and theyd bring out they told me theyd refuse to give me my refund unless i went through again.. never spend a dime here the employees are rude slow and are clearly here to just draw check and not their jobs..now 40 minutes and counting...butttt i went to grove right after and literally in less the 8-9 minutes they had the exact order done no problem its worth the drive to grove and it will probably still be faster
Taco Bell has improved with the ridiculously long lines and if it is long the wait hasn't been to bad. However, the food is NOT always fresh! Tonight in my cravings box the cinnamon twists were so hard it BROKE MY TOOTH! The time before, the shell of my soft taco was equivalent to a hard shell! The last time I got the nacho fries, they were extremely old!!
