This is the WORST taco bell I've ever experienced!!! They do not care! I just got food delivery and my Mexican pizza was oozing out all over the bag and inedible, my cheesy gordita crunch isn't even a cheesy gordita crunch!I straight up can identify what they gave me but the shell was also broken and oozing out. I don't not believe it was the delivery drivers fault because the bag was completely sealed, just with a giant mess of things I didn't even order all over! I ordered out because I'm not feeling well and didn't have the energy to make dinner, and now I'm just so frustrated and angry I could cry. Years ago when I had a car, they always messed up my order at the drive-in and were always rude about any substitutions or changes made to items, one time the manager actually screamed at me over a substitution that is available on their website and had been made at every other location I've ever been to (it was also when i was vegetarian, they DO NOT CARE)! I should've checked the address before ordering UE, I thought it was the one in Kearny by the Walmart, GO THERE INSTEAD. thank you to uber eats for refunding my inedible ruined order, unfortunately I'm still sick and starving right now.
My sister and I are from out of town and decided to stop here late at night. Usually back home the work staff practically throw the food in my face and look at us in disgust for making them actually do their job, especially when making a late night stop. However, these people were so kind and sweet and endearing. When they were out of something I wanted they apologized sincerely and treated me with respect, even giving suggestions on other similar items. This even lead me to discover the strawberry lemonade drink I didn’t even know existed and it’s so good ????. Anyways, awesome work, sweet staff, and a great late night food experience!
The girl behind the window had absolutely no manners she didn’t even greet me. She literally just started with. What do you want. I waited for three minutes before a person even responded to the telecom and then after I ordered my food, I waited for 15 minutes in the drive-through for my food to come through while the girl who was at the window just sat on her phone she never said thank you she never said have a good day absolutely horrific customer service. The girl behind the window with a bun in her hair is trash! I didn’t even bother getting her name because she’s not even worth it

Only place I know where the staff try to get tough and get in your face for orders they got wrong. Fast food idiot employees want $15 an hour lmfao! Why should they if they can't even leave a note or get a simple order correct.
I don’t think I’ve ever written a google review in my life but this Taco Bell experience was so bad I gotta. All the workers were insanely disrespectful. Extremely rude for no reason and should not have jobs

Really what is up with this location they make you park and wait just for 1 crunchy taco supreme I would complain but its literally Ever time. Then, the portion of food ( especially the burritos) is always smaller than all the other Taco Bell locations. This has to be a franchise with a cheap owner
I rushed through the drive through just to get a pizza with tons of beans on it and tacos that looked like they were on a diet. I have been to other taco bells but these looked skimpy. And no napkins. Funny I've been to Mexico a few times and I don't remember eating a bean pizza.
