The chicken enchilada burrito and tacos are so good. It's my new favorite. Always check your order. Sometimes something gets left out. Make sure you get what you pay for. Overall, I'm happy with the service there
Pretty location, ugly service! They pretend to be closed frequently during the night...they also say they only take cash - this happens at night as well.
They are a complete Horror Show and most of the time they have two hours to go before closing & will still pretend as if they are not open. You sit in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes or more. When they do speak they say they are only accepting cash so I go next door to the ATM, get cash, come back...and they won't answer at all they'll pretend that they're closed.
Tonight it happened again! There were 3 cars in the parking lot so at least three employees working and yet no one will say anything they will just let you sit through the drive-thru until you figure it out and leave and this happens different times during the night - they decide when they want to be open and when they want to close. They decide when they're taking cash and when they're taking card.
I always shake my head and just drive away but this time I had to leave a review cause I'm good at making other customers understand what kind, of service they'll be paying for. Hopefully this saves someone time and aggravation.
Maybe nothing will change - maybe they will continue to get paid just for showing up and barely working ... things slow down at night so they don't even have a lot of customers to deal with like the employees who work in the daytime - the employees that work in the daytime can't cut off the sign early, their systems have to work they can't claim that they're only taking cash.
Look, I'm ending this review - I just hope that eventually somebody does something about this because they're in a really beautiful area and they shouldn't be messing up such a pretty city with ugly service.
Went through the drive through to order food about 10:45pm. I Ordered 3 crunchy supreme Tacos and two Supreme locos tacos. I was the only one in the drive through…, got home to find 3 locos tacos and one burrito. It almost seems as if they throw whatever is made in your to go bag instead of making what you ordered. It was very apparent due to how mushy and cold the tacos were when I got home 7 minutes from this Taco Bell location. This is the third occurrence within 6 weeks this has happened. I should’ve checked the order first, but trusted they gave me the correct food. Will not be going back.
Since arriving to the area, there have been a few Taco Bell's around. This is by far the best Taco Bell yet. It's in a quiet neighborhood, clean, quick, and accurate online service. And pick up is super easy. The parking lot is well lit and nicely landscaped. It's our go-to Taco Bell.
The food is great, the issue is the online app. It tells you on the app that you are allowed to order the “build your own box” for $5.99, but when you try to finish the order it won’t let you choose a drink. We went in to ask if we could just do it in person because the app wasn’t working and they said they didn’t offer that online deal. waste of time. I’ll take my business else where.
Drive-thru was a standard wait. Not too busy and not considered a long wait. Communication was good. Speaker was clear and did not have any interference.
Drive-thru operator was professional and polite. Once we got our order, after we were back on the highway, we discovered our order was not correct. We ordered the Grilled Steak combo, and did not get the Grilled Steak. We ordered 2 Flatbread melts and they were not hot, or even what I would consider warm. Of the 7 Beef SOFT Tacos, we only received 6.
Nobody made my food. Served everyone that came in and ordered after me Before asking what I ordered. They couldn't find my order and I can't speak Spanish to communicate with the staff. After waiting for 15 minutes, I had to cancel the order and leave.
My go to place for a late night snack, it always hits the spot. The price is also really reasonable. Food can be kinda inconsistent but it’s okay. I usually do drive through and the wait time is pretty good.
