My visit today. Horrible, so much has changed since I used to come in here and employees walking around with a Hickey on her neck tending to her child and mother VS the customers. Garbage overflowing tables not clean. Barely any meat in the taco. Mostly lettuce and cheese complain to the manager. And she tried to tell me per guidelines. That was what I was getting. Because they can only put so much meat in them and if I want extra me.I'd have to pay extra after I just spent $23 on 6 soft shell, tacos and 6 hard shell tacos. Are you kidding me?
I recently visited Taco Bell and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, I did not receive my drink with my order, despite paying for it. When I inquired about it, the staff member seemed disoriented and stated she was high and unaware of their surroundings, which was concerning. Additionally, the wait time for my food was an excessive 30 minutes. Overall, the service was lacking and the experience was disappointing. I hope Taco Bell addresses these issues to ensure a better customer experience in the future.
I ordered online for delivery because I had a sleeping baby on me, I'm not happy to have to go to you guys to get my order correct but you guys got me my correct tacos quickly so thank you.
But this is the third Taco Bell to put lettuce on tacos I've ordered no lettuce on.
*Sings* "One of these things is not like others. One of these things just don't belong". The name and the order on the receipt was all correct. There seemed to be a disconnect, though, once the bag was opened. We were not able to receive a refund or have the correct order delivered again. Was told the only thing they can do is for us to call in the morning and speak to the general manager. So, dinner this evening's dinner will be light; consisting of the sodas (which actually were correct.) Stay tuned...
I order a chalupa, some tacos and a quesadilla. Got home to see my chalupa filled with moldy tomatoes. The fool that made this knew they were moldy. Tried to call no answer. Followed up today and was hung up on 4x after someone said hello its taco bell. 5th call finally got an answer and requested the manager. Turns out it was the manager all along. Immediate red flag!!! I explained the issue. Even offered to bring the food back. She offered to make a new one or give a refund. Well of course I dnt want more food and hoping my kids arent sick from this. What a disservice. i will not be returning. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!
Love the food and the new items on the menu that is under $5.00 you cant beat it. But the people that work there really need to work on their personality towards customers. I know they deal with jerks sometimes but not all customers are awful. Just saying.
The food is usually pretty good. I like their cantina chicken. The service however- so rude! The man at the window was literally laughing at my order because it has customizations…. ?! Horrible customer service and straight up rudeness. Do better.
Just don't eat here if you want the correct order.... have not gotten a correct order fro. The drive thru here ever...that I can remember
