I went here recently and found even though I used the kiosk to avoid talking to people the employees were still kind enough to reach out to ensure I was taken care of, my order was also brought out relatively fast and everything was there
Idk about other Taco Bells but this one in particular has just been getting better and better over time. I just recently went in with a friend and got my usual Crunchwrap Supreme (I just can't get TB without getting one of these... Ever. Lol) and I tried their new Cantina Chicken Quesadilla. The Crunchwrap was delicious as usual and the Quesadilla was too! I'm so glad I tried it. Also made my friend try the cinnamon dessert balls cause they are out of this world. She loved them. Def try them if you haven't yet!
Definitely has gone downhill... Used to love taco bell. I have to eat gluten free now due to celiac disease, figured I'd grab something fast for lunch. Ordered a protein bowl, spent the extra few cents for "steak" instead of chicken. Paid $7.29 plus tax for not even a half of a bowl of food, and 3 tiny burnt pieces of steak. Second time I had a terrible experience. Never going back.
i had lost my phone and 1 the workers payton was nice enought to let me borrow her phone to find mine. but its a good place to eat and a healthy environment overall.
Cute girl threw drive thru was helpful and nice and the delux cravings box with fries was the best and I enjoyed drink with my gf we both got same order I will be back
So far so good. Each encounter has been pleasant. Orders correct and cashiers with positive attitudes. No discrimination experienced here. Kudos Taco Bell and this Butler location!
Ordered drive thru, was okay until one of us went to take something from the bag and all fell apart, wasn't wrapped good then the Doritos taco I ordered fell apart. If I wanted a taco salad I would've ordered one from down the road. Never returning again. EVER
For a restaurant that serves food that gives you the explosive diarrhea they do not have toilet paper or clean the bathroom. I am now in need of a tetanus shot. Gross...
