We were over charged for items we did not order. Eating out is once a month event because we simply can not afford it. I was charged for a Mexican pizza I did not order and I was charged and given a nacho belle Grande, when I ordered a nacho supreme. Big difference.in price. I was also given a hard taco that had remnants of tomatoes on it. I can not eat tomatoes so therefore I could not even eat the taco or pizza. I am VERY disappointed with our visit today!
The food is ok I did like the empada's the chicken ones but the service stinks cause if you can't tell me what all you count on the receipt why are u working there or why can't you train better....don't just tell me have a Great day....like you where dismissing me ......the customer! SO DUMB!
Usually the service here is good, and when it hadn't been, they did a good job at making things right. So I still go here, but my most resent trip to the remodeled store, buying a newly advertised product & they burnt it ???? So for the price, size, lack of thought on this concept, & the experience, I give taco bell a thumbs down on the whole new chicken sandwich idea pictured below ???? Even if it wasn't burned it's a chicken tender wrapped in a pita or something, with a dab of some orange sauce I couldn't taste & nothing more for almost $3. They had a box for $5 which made it worth it for me to try.
Used the drive-thru at about 7:00 p.m. on Saturday evening, they're obviously was a problem in the kitchen because service was extremely slow and when we did get our food one item was missing meat, and the burritos were so poorly put together that we could barely eat them with our hands. We did get a free Taco coupon for our wait which did help, but it was a bad night at this Taco Bell
I posted a photo. Not sure why there was purple cabbage in my crunchwrap. If I had the time I'd be going back for a refund.
Ordered on line 15 minutes before end of breakfast. When we arrived at exact time told couldn't have food then replacement was incorrect! Refused to give us a corporate number. Gave us # for area "coach" who blew us off!
Great place for a quick bite to eat and late at night. However the attitude of the staff is trash. Went in to order they say they dont do no chalupas or crunchwraps. Order online and what do you know they have both. App doesn't work now
I am a long-standing patron of Taco Bell, but I am saddened to report a deeply disappointing experience I recently had at the fifth avenue branch.
On 05/31 I placed an order through DoorDash. Upon its arrival, I discovered that half of the ordered items were missing. In hopes of rectifying the situation, I contacted the branch directly. Instead of a resolution, I was met with an extreme lack of professionalism and courtesy.
The employee I interacted with on the phone not only failed to address my issue but also hung up on me twice during our conversation. Such disrespectful treatment from a customer service representative was entirely unexpected and unacceptable.
Taco Bell has always been a go-to for me due to its reliably good food and service. However, this incident has significantly tainted my view of this establishment. I believe that every customer deserves respect and proper service, regardless of the situation.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, it's the response to those mistakes that truly define a company's dedication to customer satisfaction. I hope that this issue is an exception rather than the rule at Taco Bell and that it will be addressed appropriately to ensure a better experience for all customers in the future.
