Ordered at the machine and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes while everyone else got served. Went to ask what was taking so long and even didn't get so much as an apology for the wait. It amazes me that no matter where you seem to go, it's always the taco bell that provides the worst service. Will not be coming to this location again.
We got our food fast and service was ok. But when other customers had questions it seemed to bother the longhaired guy working because he had to quit talking with his friends which seemed to be way more important.
As a long time resident here, this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen. The dining room has been closed since even before COVID almost all the time, resulting in very long drive thru lines - literally 30 minutes is the usual.
Even the drive-thru is sometimes closed, like this Saturday lunch and all Sunday. Then you will always get some surprise coming here like this "cash only, closed Sunday" sign. These pictured lines are from 1:30pm on a Monday, not exactly even lunch hour!
We went thru the drive thru and ordered the 12 pk of crunchy tacos and mind you ordered the Supreme but low and behold should have checked again ???? our fault but the price for 12 tacos barely filled the normal ingredients and to not be the Supreme that we ordered $32 seriously very disappointing. It's been years since we've eaten Taco Bell and I can honestly say this confirms why we don't go anymore and never will again.
The staff was on point with their orders!! I managed to get my food relatively fast even though the drive through was packed, the staff was all also very polite and friendly.
Great breakfast joint. Very clean. Not sure if it's a chain or not. If not kudos to the owners because it can hold its own. Food was really good.
The manager working the Drive thru had a heavy Mexican accent, was hard to understand him, as soon I told him that I don't understand him, he says Buy!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!!! 12+ minutes for a cravings box with only 1 customer ahead of me when the order was placed online. Ridiculous horrible service.
