Restaurant extremely dirty. Tables all sticky and bathrooms were disgusting. There is no customer service here. You're expected to order on their kiosks, no greeting, nothing. No words except your name being called. The restaurant smells like a bus station and was just unpleasant. Very disappointed.
Ordered $50 worth of food for pickup. When I showed up to pick up my food, the restaurant said it had already been picked up. I had not picked it up so obviously someone else walked out with my order. Instead of understanding and offering solutions the staff was rude and basically told me to complain on the mobile app and that they weren't going to help at all.
Update: Taco Bell refunded my money after I let them know what happened on the mobile app. I'm increasing my review to 3 stars because the staff was still pretty rude to us when it happened.
Had my GrubHub order sitting on “in the works for over an hour up until closing. I used to work at a Taco Bell. So I know how easy it would been to just deny the order so I could’ve gotten a refund and have been to bed by now. Instead I’m still waiting for my dinner(from another restaurant) to arrive…

Not only are they not sauce-bandits, (skimping or forgetting sauce despite my pleas) but when I said “a LOT of fire sauce,” the kind worker asked, “is ten enough?” I answered, “I actually know the exact number: I eat 7 per burrito.” “14 it is!” She said. A delight of a person, brought sun to my day! (And it really can be so frustrating at some Taco Bells, and I’m very grateful!)
It’s odd they have on the drive through screen that they serve breakfast until 11 but the staff says they aren’t open until 11 and don’t serve breakfast… false advertisement. I’m also pretty sure I’ve gotten breakfast at this location before too… so strange
Floors are sticky, tables not wiped off, staff "couldn't" take our order, had to be done on kiosk. Not sure what they actually have staff doing. At least the food was warm
I wanted to dine in. I went to the register to place an order, the guy told me to place my order at the kiosk. I asked if he could take my money at the counter, he said "no, you have to place an order at the kiosk to eat here". I just left, I don't use kiosks and he seemed uninterested in taking my money.
Not so great- they totally blew my online order. I use the same favorite all the time at all. The Taco bells I go to and this one really missed it. Unfortunately I was taking it down the road to eat it so I can't go back and gripe at them.
