Literally three out of three times I have ordered here the food is wrong. Every time the vegetarian items still have meat, they randomly give you things from other orders and give your stuff to other people, and they have no quality control of any kind. In the drive thru they “forget” your sauces. They burn your food to the point of inedibility. Any other Taco Bell in this area is better, especially the one in East Haven. Do not patronize these folks.
Probably the worst crunch wrap supreme I’ve ever ordered…. My dog didn’t even want to eat it. Cold , burnt, and the lettuce was brown. I don’t care that it’s fast food the fact that they could serve this is beyond me….
Tonight I went to the Taco Bell in Milford. My dog approved. It’s like a before and after before a picture is face tuned.

Don't usually eat tacos but I had a craving for tacos. The food tasted good but was too wet on the bottom, when I picked it up the whole bottom fell off. So I had half packed with meat and the other stuffed with veggies. Good thing I was at home cause I devoured them greedily. I guess I was hungry.
I have never left a review before but this is ridiculous. I ordered a 3 soft taco supremes with guacamole and chicken paid extra and there’s no chicken there’s 2 pieces of meat on this they should be ashamed. I would not be recommending this be a stop for anybody visiting this town. I have to do some more classes in the town the upcoming months promise you this is my first and last time coming here. And I don’t know if it was an employee error, training error or management error, but I go to Taco Bell quite often in different towns and never had this issue. I don’t think anyone should waste their money here so much so that I wrote a review that should say something.
Have never had a good order from this Taco Bell. Food has always been cold, underportioned, and always missing items in the order. Either the workers are incompetent or don’t care. Go to a different Taco Bell, any other one, and you’d have a better experience than this one.
The staff was rude, they don't listen to what was ordered and didn't have most of the food on the menu. I asked for no tomatoes on the food and told them I was allergic tomatoes and ask them if they made sure they didn't put tomatoes on the food and they said yes very rudely but wouldn't remake the order and told me to pick them off. I will never go back to this location and tell everyone I know not to go to that location. I was never given a receipt for the food too
Ordered a hot cinnabon coffee they gave me a large Pepsi because their coffee machine was broken, instead of a hash brown I ordered they gave me cinnamon twists that barely had cinnamon on it and tasted like old oil. my crunchwrap was dry and had a burnt has brown ,one tsp of egg and the smallest sausage patty I ever seen. One of the grill cheese burritos was burnt on the outside ,both of the 5 layer beefy burritos had no meat just beans and barley had any cheese and our sodas came flat. They gave us this note inside the bag instead of calling us to see if we wanted to change anything on our order. Tried calling the store multiple times and no one picks up the phone.
Ordered a vegetarian Crunchwrap supreme and they gave me a tortilla with black beans and nothing else. What idiots
