We had the food delivered. There were numerous add on missing from the order. One hard shell taco was completely missing. My chicken cantina bowl was an incredible disappointment. There was less than 1 t of chicken and the same with black beans. The guacamole was completely missing from the entire order. I spoke with Lacy who agrees to remake our order yesterday. However I have been unable to secure a ride....ugh. I was really looking forward to this and was left with nothing but a bad memory.
I have been coming here for a long time, I have never been treated like I was treated today by the dirty blonde in the drive thru. I went inside to place an order, she told me to use kiosk so I tried but the kiosk screen were not working right. I had to hit the screen hard on both. So I went back to the counter and told her, then she said that she didn’t have a register in the counter to help me, and I’m standing right in front of it.
MGMT: FIRST OF ALL TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE ON HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. Second if you don’t have employees that can help at the counter, maybe shut your front doors. Always remember everything trickles from the head!
Food was good then we seen a huge roach on the floor and the lady running drive through I think said what do you want me to do I don't kill roaches and laughed so we left. Made my stomach turn because what do they let behind the counter then??
This is one I usually do drive thru after or before my kids doc appointments and they have just ruined me by the way it was handled.
This is probably the worst taco bell I've been in. Stopped to grab a bite & use the restroom. First we went to the bathrooms, they were so filthy. Paper all over the woman's room, stalls wouldn't lock and no soap at all. It smelled horrible. My husband said the men's room was worse. Smelled of urine, floors were wet, no soap or hand towels & hand dryers were broken. We decided now to eat here.
Pretty slow, and $50 for 3 people isn't the TB we've all come to love. Value doesn't really have a home here. Food was decent though.
Y'all be careful mangent has no care in the world here I went to go get food for my kid because he was sick all day and this is how they treated us because we got the right before close the drowned his spicy soft tacos to the point the were drowning out and the manger cleaning the grill just watch and laughed as they say there and did all this it's crazy how care free people are went it ain't there stuff horrible service from the grave yard shift crew
Happy hour isn't a1$ as advertised. Maybe because a franchise.
I should of just canceled the order but by the time I realized it was ready so I paid and left. But they say it's n just a discount. They misheard me about my nachos and didn't give me a recipe.
Why order in advance if they won't make it tell you get there. That is a terrible system. There customer service could us allot of work. The order was suppose to be ready at 12.01. they didn't look at anyone in the lobby (3 people came in after me) for about 12 minutes. Then they started making the food. I like the food but not the people.
