I never write reviews but this got me heated so I’m making an exception. I understand Taco Bell is not fine dining and it serves its niche purpose. I pulled up at 110 in the drive through and had a prompt saying they were closed when the car in front of me had the same prompt and just got served. I get it…. It’s late but it’s a dang Saturday and that’s key taco bell business hours and it says open till 2…. Service extremely slow. Cashier did not communicate professionally and was extremely rude. I asked for hot sauce and was not acknowledged she just took her sweet time to get sauce and then put it the bag without so much as a nod or any human interaction. Food was thrown together and the tacos were wet and soggy. I order a soft taco and got a hard taco that was dripping in some liquid that was not meat grease. Highly unprofessional and would not visit until a change of staff or management issues are addressed.
I had to try the new catina chicken menu for the 1st time. Needless to say, I went back! The chicken cantina is nicely marinated. The burrito was fulfilling with a little kick to it. Overall, It was lite and a great addition to the menu. I enjoyed it and so does my family.
I ask the for chalupa combo with steak to include the tacos. The lady taken my order had an attitude because I asked her to repeat my order because it was incorrect on the screen. Something told me to check my order before I left..got home got 1 steak and 2 beef...smh if they actually paid attention to my order instead of joking and being loud enough I could hear them with my windows up the slide window closed, they probably could've gotten my order right. Please do better!
The young lady on the drive thru mic seemed annoyed I wad ordering when I was the V only one in the drive thru… I don’t even know why I bothered. A facelift to drive thru still won’t make this establishment better. The staff, franchise and corporation should be ashamed this building is still standing….. do better.
This review is related to the Taco Bell, Livingston Square, Fort Washington. This newly opened location failed to advertise on drive thru or inside menu prices the upcharges if a protein other than beef is ordered for a no. of its offerings, e.g. $1 more for chicken per taco supreme & others. Then only after you proceed to pay do you get this upcharge which costs can add up over time, especially with large orders. Give the customer full disclosure upfront
Just came here about 30 mins ago.. I ordered 2 chicken cheesy gordita crunch’s and they barely had anything on them.. why are y’all giving people tacos with 1% of stuff in them?? Why not just tell us you’re running low or something.. I don’t understand this and never will and I used to work at Taco Bell myself and would never do people like this
The lady at the drive thru was nice but the order was completely wrong. The food was okay but had it been correct it may have been better. The drive thru and parking lot was very narrow and small.
I went to the Taco Bell in Oxon Hill MD on Saturday and the employees saw me standing there to place my order instead of saying they weren’t taking orders at the register they allowed me to stand there for several moments until the nice young man making the tacos asked was I picking up an order. The female working the drive never acknowledged my presence. She was putting cups up and doing other things even after giving me eye contact . Rude and food was made poorly. If it wasn’t for the young man I would’ve given no stars.
