I went through the drive-thru tonight at 12AM after work wanting some food. After I drove home, I went inside and saw that they threw my food in the bag disrespectfully. There was food smeared everywhere and my food being torn apart. The food tasted nasty, old, and there was crunchy bits in my soft food. I went to the first window to pay for my order but the guy looked at me then looked back at his phone without opening the window. After that encounter, I presumed to the second window to get my food and I prestigiously said “I didn’t pay yet” but the worker at the second window was being sassy asking why I hadn’t payed and snatched my card out of my hand disrespectfulIy. The morning shift is the best but the night shift is horrible. I SINCERELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TACO BELL LOCATION AT NIGHT!
A taco soup for the price of a taco! Phenomenal deal. Just know it does take a long time to perfect a taco to be like this. But it’s worth the wait.
I had a disappointing experience here today. This location's lobby is fully automated when ordering food, which I find completely annoying. It's as if they're treating the customer like Covid is still a major issue in this country. Plus, the employees were very slow getting my order to me.
This location has really gone down hill.
They had good customer service here. The guy that tended us was very kind. After trying a few things on the value menu, I can say that the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito is the best thing on there.
I eat here pretty regularly but they've really dropped the ball on quality lately.
This is the second time in a row I haven't gotten everything I paid for. First forgetting the potatoes I added, and even forgetting entire burritos in my order. At this point they may as well be stealing
This Taco Bell has the best quality in Utah county, if not all of Utah. My food is always great. I go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell, even though there is another location closer to my house.
Used to be the best place to get some good cheap burritos. They are honestly going down hill though. They keeps taking some of my favorite go to items off the menu. First the beefy quesarito(mobile order only, ?) and now the beefy burrito($1 menu). I believe they are understaffed because they are no longer open during the best time of night(after 10) to go grab a snack. Super good tasting though and we’ll priced.
The food was poorly prepared. It seemed like the soft shell taco tortillas had not even been heated. They were cold and tough. Far from what I usually get at a Taco Bell. The only time anyone spoke to me or acknowledged my existence was when they called my name to pick up the order.
