PLEASE AVOID THIS TACO BELL. This has to be the worst Taco Bell in the State. The woman working the drive-thru was so rude and ignorant, there's no way she should be working in customer service. The food I received looked like it was made the night before and she would not fix it. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
Undeniably got food poisoning from here. 90 minutes in the drive-thru. Over 15 minutes in between every single order that got handed out. No idea what they're doing in there, but there's no chance they're actually working at that pace.
Employees here are mixed. One time they told me they could not use the register and I had to use the kiosk to check out. When I asked if I went through the drive thru to order, could they use their register then? She replied yes. I asked them to do that and they said they couldn't.
I do NOT want to use a kiosk the place my order. While I am computer savvy, I do not want to fidget with a computer I am not familiar with and waste my time.
Waited for 40 minutes in line (only 2 cars in front of me). Got to the window and still had a wait so I cancelled my order. I’ve worked in fast food and I’m still in the service industry; no matter how hard I try I can’t justify more than a 10 minute wait time. Previously have gotten food poisoning from this location (I learn the hard way). From what I experience as a customer, management is not effectively supporting staff and staff does not care about food service-safe standards.
EAT ANYWHERE ELSE.

Change, even if it's just a penny should be given to you. I'd suggest to the boss to ask his employees to give any change. Every penny counts.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Had to return my order. There was barely any ingredients on my crunchrap. It's was the worst I've ever seen.
The lady was nice though
I go through the drive-thru and it is honestly one of the slowest ones I’ve been through even when they don’t appear busy. I typically don’t see many cars in the parking lot, but today I was the third car in line (one at the window, one at the speaker, then myself). When I got to the speaker I was told to wait. I should have kept watch on the time but I will say that it took much longer than it should for the car in front of me to get their items before they would even take my order. They would only take two car orders at a time no matter how many were in line. The truck behind me before I ordered ended up driving over the curb and into the neighboring lot because of how long it was taking. Even after I got to the window I still had to wait and excessive amount of time for my food. If people need to get a quick lunch this place is not it. I’ve had faster service at a sit down restaurant.
I went specifically for one thing, the chili cheese burrito aka Chilito. I used to love those things but several years ago Taco Bell dropped them from the menu. I recently found out that they may be available again so had to give it a try. I was able to order them via the app and then pick them up. Still tastes awesome. Price has gone way up from what it used to be, but that is just like everything else. I’ll definitely be getting more.
