wasn't bad! cheese in my quesadilla wasn't melted all the way and was a tad cold, but it still tasted delicious, and the chicken was hot! food came out very quickly. the manager was a tad rude (not directly to us, but she did yell that if we wanted to order, we needed to use the kiosk!), but they were very busy, so i can understand the pressure, working in food service myself! overall wonderful little lunch break! ????
Everything about this Taco Bell is absolutely horrible. Down to the managers and every single employee, They are always absolutely rude. They don’t care about anybody’s food and they never get any orders right and when you address anything that they got wrong they blame it on you or tell you to go somewhere else if You want your food correct. Whoever is doing the hiring needs to be fired! If I could give them negative stars.. I absolutely would!!! There’s no hope for this Taco Bell location.
I've worked for this company before and it's a really good company great employees and most the managers are great but this store location has a very horrible entrance and exit plan to get back on the road. That's literally why it's two stars other than that the service is great fix your parking exit and entrance
Customer service is always lacking but that’s everywhere anymore. I ordered extra sour cream on my burrito and I’m pretty sure there’s not any at all on it. Silly to charger people for extra toppings when it’s at the discretion of the employee.
My last order, when I asked about why my Baja Blast tasted funny, the window worker, had no idea. Watched Him try and make my drink (The same Baja blast ) and tried to give it to me, again. And when I declined, I said a pepsi would be fine. For-going an explaination of : the carbionation is off. Was also missing sauce packets I had ordered. All in all its cheap food and a great rewards system, I love the new Nacho Cheese fries, but the service at best, is to be desired.
The window woman taking my order was so sweet. Made me cry. Thanks for being kind. Also, the bean burrito was quite chill.
Almost every time I come there my order is wrong. The last time, I contacted the store and explained that it was incorrect and they didn't give me a receipt.. the manager proceeded to tell me that I ordered wrong ????. We're done with taco bell. They refuse to replace messed up orders or give credits.
I got food poisoning a week ago. I ordered 3 burritos and 3 tacos. As soon as I ate one of the burritos, I ran into my bathroom and started puking. Worst taco bell I have been to. Don't go there or you will be sick for awhile!
