I ordered 3 soft tacos and my partner got three Doritos locos and 3 hard tacos. All of them were cold and completely soggy and falling apart. The soft tacos were so soggy, they were completely inedible. I’m very surprised. This location is always very good so I’m very surprised. This is actually the worst Taco Bell I have ever had.
We visited this place after a concert about an hour before closing time. Granted, the drive-thru was about ten deep... but we had already placed an online pickup order. We day in line for over an hour until after they were supposed to close. The line never moved. We were VERY VERY patient. When we walked up to the door to see if we could pick up our order. We saw they had several orders sitting on the counter ready for pick up, but they refused to hand them to us. They would not even let us know what was going on and why the line hadn't moved for over an hour. Since we had placed a pick-up order before, we had even arrived at the facility, I feel that they should have gone ahead and given us our order. Especially since they helped Uber Eats and other food delivery service personnel. Or maybe told us the issue or that we weren't going to be helped. Instead of just letting everyone sit in line for an hour. This is honestly the worst fast food experience in my 38 years.
We came in late and they did a great job! We have a bunch of requests and they did everything perfect!

This place has really good staff. Plus they don't fxck up my food.
Disappointed in my latest visit. 3 combo boxes had 5-layer burritos that could not be eaten. They were all incredibly messy and mine had stale dried out tortilla on it. I could only eat some of it by peeling off the old hard tortilla. It was too messy to finish.
Cheese roll up also had hard stale tortilla.

The Doritos Locos Tacos shells were so stale, definitely passed its expiration date. They need to have a health inspection to see what else is passed its expiration date.
This Taco Bell is so rude, the mgr is nice I can say but her staff was horrible, they had people waiting in the indoor area, for over 10 minutes, and when I’ve ask to use the bathroom they ignored me. Horrible I wouldn’t let anyone come here they treat you like you’re a homeless people begging for food, I’f I could give this place a -negative 5 stars I would,
