Paying over 8 bucks for a lack luster (yes, I am aware we are talking about Taco Bell) burrito!
You would have thought it would have been LESS as I had them remove most of the garbage off of the thing.. ???? All that was on my burrito was shredded chicken, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and cabbage.
No sauces, no extras..
Now.. as for "customer service"
THERE WAS NONE!!!!!!!
I WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED!
I finally was able to grab one of the employees' attention as he returned from the restroom and asked him if anyone was taking orders. I was then informed that I HAD to use the kiosk. W T H?!?!?!?!?! There were 10 people in that prep area, and there were CASH REGISTERS!!!!
So, as I was milling through the STUPID kiosk, looking for what I wanted and then how to adjust the good to where I could eat it...
Took me over 5 mons to maneuver through that stupidity!
If I had just had a CASHIER, I could have had my order taken, perpaired, and back on the damned road!! However... Nooooo
This place has to fall for the ignorance and laziness of technology. Well.. yall deserve to lose your job to robots like some places are switching to.
Even another customer who was trying to place an order and was from the town where this place resides was irritated!
I already am not a real fan of TB, however, not a whole lot to choose from along my route in that town.
Then, when eating my overpriced burrito.. I was able to enjoy SO much tortilla shell!!!! I paid over 8 bucks for 85% flour shell!!!!!! There was MAYBE a tablespoon of pico de gallo and cabbage. I was expecting to be able to taste chicken.. nope, not enough to taste that, and I did see a few shreds of cheese, so they did pinch some on there. Hope no was threw out their back making my massive overpriced burrito.
That kitchen had no direction or sense of customer service or pride in their work.
I had to ask how to get my receipt and OMG they could do THAT for me.. ????????♀️
Normally, I would say, "Come on, you can do better", however, I really do not think so, at this point in our worlds ethics on EVERYTHING!!! It's more like a lack of.
Listen I worked at Taco Bell for 6 years as a manager and I get it man , it can be awful and overwhelming but this is just down right laziness i can’t believe this how we would present this to a customer.
They ran out of beef....
How does taco bell run out of ground beef? Pathetic
This place is trash can’t none of the employees understand simple English let alone fix my order correctly twice just should of threw the food on the door or windows never eat at this location again
Insanely rude older white lady working there. Guy said $9 than $15 for a couple tacos and a pop. I said well how much for the combo and add on two tacos would that be cheaper? She interrupted well you didn't order it that way so this is what you're getting. I said no I want it the cheapest way wouldn't you? She got all rude and snippy and said you're taking up my time pull around. Keep in mind I was the only car in the drive through and 2 cars in the lot. Don't get how they're so busy so they can justify being rude to customers. Amazing.
Bathrooms not to clean, food took forever and forgot our chips. . Didn't even offer anything for wait and going into get chips.
The service is okay, the food isn't the best usually they always get my order either wrong or part of it would be missing.
Always check your bag even if they are rude and want you to hurry up. It's 50/50 if they get half your order right.
