Every time we go, it seems to get worse! The Crunch Wrap Supreme had NO MEAT. We thought it might be just one side, but the whole thing sucked! Plus, it had a burnt taste to it due to being in the press too long. The chicken for the KFC option here is terrible as well... always greasy, dry, and not fresh! Would stop here unless your in a bind. They are generally slow and not worth wasting your money on.
Well this store is a barren & unexciting place. Even during lunch the area remains to be very empty and the cashiers basically abandon their post to a point I had to wait 10 minutes for a burrito.
The place is at least clean, so seating was not questionable. But definitely not a place you wanna go for a quick bite.
ordered 2 different types of burritos. Both with beef. The portion size was unbelievably small. There was more beef in my soft taco. I frequent taco bell a lot and honestly this is my first issue, however very disappointing
Store isn't comping up in search on tacobells website so not sure who actually owns the store.
You would think when ordering something tacos and a drink through the drive thru you’d get a straw and napkins. Especially when the drink is dripping wet. Nope. Didn’t get asked if I wanted sauce , had to ask for it and got 4? lol I was rushed into ordering even though I actually wanted to take a few seconds to look at the menu. I usually come here at night so maybe I should just stick to that or not at all.
I'm telling everyone I know not to go to this location, or any Taco Bells for that matter. My husband and I went and had a terrible experience. He had a chicken sandwich and became violently ill. I contacted customer service with my information and got a generic email asking for my information, again. Then days later I got a call from a rep. He was dismissive and rude and told me someone would be contacting me further during that week. It's been 2 weeks.
Also, some employees have long fingernails. I don't believe that's compliant with food code standards.
These poor folks couldn't get an order right to save their lives. Simple 2 double tacos and burrito with medium mountain dew. Couldn't even come close. One taco and had to tell them 3 times mountain dew. 5/11/24 745 in the evening in the drive thru, Latino guy working the drive thru, you'd think he'd get it right
If this place hasn't gave someone food poisoning I would be surprised. I stopped by there at 5:53 mothers day. The food looked like a 2 year old made it. 2 out of the 9 items received looked like they had been properly made. Minus all the chalupa breads not seeming to be cooked at all just pulled from the fridge and served. Then when I called the manager on duty hung up on me after telling him my issue.
This used to be my favorite Taco Bell location but the past THREE times I have gone they have not put multiple things in my order. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention they put barely any meat or sauce in anything now. They have truly gone down hill. Very sad to see.
