I constantly go to this tacobell but today fir some reason was extremely difficult I ordered the new spicy double steak burrito box combo that I saw online I was told they do not have that item I ordered the beefy 5 layer burrito box with easy beans extra sour cream and nacho cheese n also to grill it but I was told that wasn't ordered then when I tried to place my order the manager in the back started abruptly starting using profanity and telling the cashier that he needs to hurry up because he is taking to Long with me and that she had already made the order and she kept yelling insults as the cashier tried to help assist me I asked for a refund but didn't get a response and I was left in the drive way for almost 20 minutes before I received my food. The food was not prepared well everything was thrown together my food was outside of the wraps and it was not prepare how it was supposed to be made I recommend 0 stars for the service Terrible service
No problem with the food. Problem was staff cursing about customers, loud enough the whole place could hear. They got so backed up, they couldn't understand why customers have an attitude about why their order is wrong or why it's taking so long. Online orders not coming in or coming in late. I gave staff the name and even spelled it and they couldn't find my order until a manager came over. Not going back.
Terrible service. Made our order wrong TWICE, and mean muggin black lady probably the manager gave us terrible attitude and said “well you didn’t pay for effing sour cream” and we said that we gave our order slow and clear, chicken cheese AND sour cream only. After back and forth, she still made us pay for sour cream when she gave us terrible attitude over something that’s HER fault. TWICE. It’s not that hard to make an order correct, especially when the store is slow slow. Racist people. Rude people.
Horrible service. I pulled up. Told the lady Kimberly please give me one sec to look over the menu, that it's been a while since I've been to a Taco Bell. Told her there is no one behind so I will make sure not to hold up the line. She said well your still on my timer. I said ok. I continued to read the menu. She came back and said what would you like to order. I said I was still looking and and was there a problem?! She said yes, your on my time and we are at a minute now. I said that's not a customer concern. She said to hurry up. I left.
I received excellent service from Deion at the drive-through. She was kind and very helpful, with a huge smile on her face when we pulled up. Despite the late hour, she was a pleasure to deal with and made sure our order was correct. She even offered us extra sauces. Taco Bell made a great hire with Deion. We need more people like her in fast food places!
Rude workers and I will never visit this location again. We got to the register, and we waited for about 5 to 6 minutes before anyone said anything and when she did she said go to the kiosk machine we told her we didn't want to we wanted to pay cash at the register she said there's no one at the register but there was a gentleman that was walking back and forth behind to the register and the soda machine refillling the straws and napkins when he came back she said to him help that man sitting there because he wants to pay cash, not us but someone else that was behind us in line so we asked her why are you having him help him and not us and she says in a very rude way because he doesn't know how to use the kiosk machine we looked at her like are we invisible so we told her we want to pay cash as well she said but the machine takes cash so I asked her why she wasn't able to help the man on the kiosk machine so he can learn and she says oh he doesn't want to so we just walked out and we'll never visit this location again.
We all know about taco bell food, so no need to dive into it. This location is difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. The drive-thru is also very tight. Drive-thru customer service is surprisingly nice, but they have some pretty long lines at lunch time.
This is the worse taco bell ever, I should had read the reviews first. Corporate needs to do something about this store. The employees are rude when i called about the issue, and the food quality is terrible. I even ordered on door dash and I had to get a refund I put no tomatoes and guess what tomatoes. The soft taco i order was stuck to the wrap which led me to believe it was premade and they just put in the bag. The fries were cold. This will be the last time i order from this store.
