I hate to give bad reviews. I come from Orlando, Florida for business reasons. I wanted to eat something quick, but coming here is a waste of time and a lack of respect.
4 people working and none of them deigned to attend me to take my order, I had to do it myself. While they were preparing my order, they looked at me and talked to each other. My thinking is that since I am “Hispanic” they thought I don’t know English. My order came out terrible. When I was leaving, the only person who came in after me, ordered and after several minutes he had to tell them, excuse me... I already ordered, you can make my order. And the employees on the cell phone watching videos. The person in charge of this establishment should take action in the matter. Do logistics and audits. And give them customer service training. What a pity that in such a busy area, this place does not enter so many customers.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Wednesday morning, May 22, at 1:12am I pulled in the drive through. When I pulled up to the window they were ONLY taking exact cash. And apparently had no cash in the drawer either when I asked if they had change for a $100. When I pulled around to ask questions. I noticed the Mercedes in front of me around 1:17am had tapped her phone and used Apple Pay. The man gave her receipt and she left with her food. WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS. I pulled up and the black lady in colorful clothes came to the window. Not even in uniform. I asked what was going on because I just saw the lady in front of me use Apple Pay. The black lady said to me that I don’t know what I saw and that it’s not working. Basically cussing at me and telling me that I am wrong. When I just wanted to order food. She was not friendly or respectful. Absolutely rude. Then everyone walked to the back and left me sitting at the window for 25 minutes and never came back. With 7 people behind me waiting in line. I left at 1:35am because of the line forming behind me.
I tried the Chalupa Supreme with Nacho Fries. But they only got me the nacho fries. Luckily my mom went inside to fix my order and then it's okay.
I hope my order will be right in the future.
This is unacceptable, y'all. Not only did they remove an item from my order without telling me that they were out of an ingredient, but this is the burrito they gave me to replace the original missing item. I wanted a spicy potato soft taco, but instead of simply saying "I'm sorry but we don't have any potatoes up/we'reout of potatoes, would you like something else," she didn't even ask me if I wanted a separate item once I'd pulled up to the window to pay. I had to ask her, and all the while, the lady in the drive thru was ignoring my questions. She neglected to give me the sauce I'd requested when I'd ordered and I had to speak up three times to get her attention after she rudely handed me my bag. I understand that times are weird and that fast food is an incredibly grueling job, but come on, y'all. It's the service industry; one could at least acknowledge when I'm wishing them a good night before pulling off. I'm sure this isn't how Taco Bell HQ wants any of their employees acting.
Worst taco bell in Baton Rouge. Incorrect order. And you dont want to go back through the drive thru to fix it since you'll have to pass through the crowd of panhandlers asking for money while you sit and wait. Never going back.
Drive through window/ box guy put correct order on screen when asked for a number 2 with no lettuce and a root beer. Then when at the window the receipt changed and I get home and I have lettuce on my tacos. I don’t know if this was a spite move or an accident but I know he read back to me no lettuce and I saw it on the screen. I called the store twice and no answer both times. By the way you can hear operations somehow in the background as you call. So the feeling like you are being ignored is right there to keep you company while your moneys gone.
This place simply cannot do any order beyond the exact specs for a normal order, even though they are happy to charge you extra for add-ons (that they then leave off) and leave on things you specifically requested not be included. Example: tonight, ordered 4 soft tacos, with no lettuce, but add sour cream ($2.20 upcharge) as part of an order. As anyone can see in the photo - LOADS of lettuce, not a drop of sour cream on any of them.
I get it: Covid worker shortages, supply chain problems, all that. But either tell people you can't make their GD order or actually MAKE it correctly.
Everytime I visit this location the quality of my food is horrible. Tacos are broken into pieces, I'm sure upper management know this location is in a high traffic area, and doesn't have any business. This location needs new management, crew members and district manager. Its obvious no one cares, because I always do a survey which is a negative experience. I will not be returning to this location and no else should either. Let the workers buy their tacos and burritos. 12/09/2021 still messing over people orders, no one ever responds. Everyone just needs to boycott the location, so they can shut it down. A drop of beef was on my burrito and full of rice.
