It has been a very long time since I've eaten at a Taco Bell ... But the little girl in the back that made my tacos this time needs an award! So many times in the past I've gotten a soft taco and there's hardly anything in it but these ones rocked!
So I tried going back again ... BIG MISTAKE!!! Was shorted items and given ZERO sauce that I ordered and they were out of the soda I ordered!!! I'm pissed that I didn't notice my meal was only 1/2 fullfied until I got home!!!
Check everything BEFORE you leave - even if it holds up the line!!
Every single one of there workers, sucks at their job. Half of them can't speak English. They all have terrible customer service skills. and they can never get an order right. thought this county had standers for fast food. this taco bell says otherwise..
Definitely ordered my tacos supreme. They charged me for it but didn't deliver.
The girl working drive through has really bad customer service and was super short with us. If I wasn't starving I would have gone somewhere else. It's really too bad because everything else was good. I won't come back here for that reason alone.
For being in the area it is in, the service is great the good equally as great and the staff is friendly. Clean and great service. Everytime I stay at the comfort suites I stop by this taco bell. Keep up the great work guys!
I literally live just a few blocks from this taco bell and will go out of my way to ANY other taco bell. I've gotten such poorly made food, and terrible service countless times, it's not even worth trying anymore...such a shame because they're prime location. Hopefully someday they'll get it together and have a good staff that can turn them around, but as of the last 6 years, nope!! 1 star ????
This is my local taco bell location on Kipling. And to be honest I don’t think I’ve ever received a correct order from this place but it’s close and sometimes I don’t feel like cooking or grocery shopping so I stop here. They didn’t say they were out of any thing so I’m wondering why there’s just cheese and meat. Can you guys do better? It’s sad that I come to terms with this place consistently serving sub standard food.

I came here yesterday evening and the store was pretty much empty. After getting the wrong things through the drive thru I went inside to correct the order, it took 22 minutes for me to get my food. I literally don't understand, the store isn't busy, I see 4 employees, but I couldn't even get anyone to open the bathroom for my granddaughter while we were waiting for our food for so long. She almost peed all over the dining room. It took 10 minutes for that too. Then the food had almost no meat!!! It was like eating a salad in a shell. I won't be back here, REALLY poor customer service.
