I was so happy to get the opportunity to get Taco Bell for lunch. I ordered all of my favorites through the drive thru. When I picked up my order I asked for Fire sauce and the staff just gave me my bag. I assumed since it was a lunch rush that the sauces would be in there. There were no sauces in the bag and no napkins as well. One of my favorite things about Taco Bell are the yummy, spicy sauces with witty quotes written on them. It was very disappointing.
This specific Taco bell SUCKS!! Everytime i order it doesn't allow me to pick a different location and always places my order at this specific one. They always get the order wrong. Everytime without fail it's wrong and missing items. I've worked fast food all my life and i don't understand how incapable people have to be to not be able to read the order and make it how the order says. So disappointing that business hire people like this.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
Got home, and the food was cold, old, and poor. (See photo) The fries were very old and hard. The burritos were thrown together with hardly anything in them. Plus, I didn't get the extra sauce - to which I paid for.
Walked in to get a refund, and the employees are just hanging out on their phones with the gloves on they handle your food with? So, the food is compromised with dirty gloves. I asked the manager if he would pay $10 for this food and, and with no remorse, just said he can "remake it" - no, thank you. Just a refund.
I spent $50 on my family dinner. We were missing a bean burrito and pulled everything out showing the young man at the window. He said he had to handle all the food himself and reached down to the vehicle to grab the bag. We didn't feel comfortable with him touching all of our food, no gloves and he"adjusted" himself while we were waiting for our food. We asked for the manager and a female wearing a necklace that said "Anaya" told us it is their policy that they have to take all the food and look through it and then said "do you want your missing burrito or not?!" We asked for her name at that time to make a formal complaint and she said she's the manager she doesn't have to give her name and called us "Dummies" and closed the window.
It makes no sense that I would spend $50 then attempt to get a free burrito.
Very disappointed in this visit. Will not going back to this taco bell.
The one on coors by I40 is much nicer!
Only good thing about this visit was the food was great. Kudos to the kitchen staff.
This Taco Bell located on Central and Coors SW Deserves a 0 Star rating. We ordered 1 Taco Party Pack + 5 more Tacos Light Lettuce @ the whopping Cost of $35.00 and this is what we received! 1st 4 photos!!
Took them back, talked supposedly to Mgr. On duty. We Asked for Order to be corrected, and Asked for a Refund. Mgr. Said could only give Refund OR fix order. Had them fix Order and this is What Received. Again Asked for Light Lettuce!
The 2 Photos With Taco and Lettuce on Paper Plate is what We Received from Mgr. Correcting Order, All they did in remaking them was Put Lots and Lots of Lettuce with Again skimpy Taco Meat! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
They always mess up our orders and the blonde female working the window would rather fight with you than take accountability. Making a mistake is one thing but making it twice on the same order is crazy and instead of fixing it, you start fighting right away.
Terrible. food was old gave wrong drink. black beans came literally a quarter full. chalupa shell was rock hard potatoes also stale. Rice in power bowl was crunchy. Pretty much messed up every item in our order will not be returning here in the future
Didn’t get one of our burrito that I ordered and on the second burrito I ordered she put the sauce that was supposed to go in it into a taco we called and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and that if we didn’t drive back then and there then I couldn’t get my money back or my burrito, have gone to this location and every single time they mess it up should be shut down for the way they do things and their attitude I used to work at a Taco Bell and I wasn’t as stupid
