Went here on a Saturday at midnight and got some of the most out of character service from this particular Taco Bell. Usually I have no issues but this time, well I think the picture speaks for itself. That's a 'crispy taco' Would you want to eat that? They also only filled up our sauce cups halfway. Super cheap when I spent almost $40.
Terrible service! We ordered several cravings boxes. When we arrived to pick them up they put all the food in bags. When I requested for the food to be put in boxes as they should I got pushback. They put 3 of the 6 cravings boxes in boxes but kept the rest in the bag. When I again ask them to finish putting the food in the boxes like the order says the cashier was told to “just give me the food, it was all there.”
I then decided to go through the boxes and see if all the food was there. The boxes weren’t put together right and were missing several items. I asked to speak to the manager and to my surprise the lady who told the cashier to give me the food turned out to be the manager (Lilly). She told me she was going to give me a refund because she wouldn’t deal with customers like me. I explained I just want my order packaged as it was ordered. She then grabbed a cravings box and threw it in the trash. While she was trying to refund me or so she says she then said I won’t get a refund until the next day at 8am.
I then proceeded to contact the police. The police weren’t very helpful seeing as this was a civil matter but they came out. In the end the assistant manager popped in (Sarah O’Malley) and said she wouldn’t refund me but would remake my food. We waited over an hour and when we finally got our order it was still missing items and most of the tacos had minimal meat or cheese.
I called about the missing items and was told by Sarah O’Malley that they wouldn’t be fixing my order.
This Taco Bell is ran by a bunch of incompetent workers! Beware!
Just moved to the area and today was my first time having Taco Bell from this location. The women running it were so friendly and the food tasted even better than other Taco Bells I've frequented prior. Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious food!
Went there today and purchased a bacon breakfast crunchwrap everyone was very nice it took a little bit longer than normal but that's fine there was no problem with that the problem is is I bit into it and it was completely cold the cheese was not melted literally at all whatever so I drive home and microwave it start to enjoy my crunch wrap and I realize there's no potato in it that's a pretty big part of the crunchwrap, also I'm diabetic and I have already dosed for the 53 carbs that are in a crunchwrap God knows how many of those are the potato the quality is low if you can't even make sure all the ingredients are in the product..... I'm kind of very disappointed
Best Taco Bell I've been to in a while. Inside was clean and the staff were friendly. Food was made quickly. I was there on a late Sunday afternoon so had the dining room to myself. Located right on the main street through GH so very convenient when passing through.
This Taco Bell is thee BEST Taco Bell there is. I had the worst day today and pulled into the drive through at 1:50AM and was greeted kindly and served quickly. The lady at the window took the time to let me thank her and too the team and even shared some of her life with me. Seriously impressed. Thank you!
Totally solid T Bell! I love it. We get it delivered via Doordash white frequently. At other Taco Bells, I often have to order extra items to make up for the items that I didn't recieve but not at this location. The order is always correct, fresh and they always include napkins and sauces. Top Notch. Ps...the only drawback is it can get really busy at night but that's a good thing, at least you know your food is fresh!
Absolutely hands down the best fast food restaurant I have ever been too in my life. The managers there are so kind and welcoming, and the staff has always treated me greatly!
