Never have I experienced soft shell tacos that were soggy , and dripping wet , until I came here . 30+ dollars worth of food wet , and soggy . Horrible experience.
Taco bell / kfc is a weird combo if you think about the food alone and not company ownership. But, the tacos were great, service was prompt and tables were clean. I would just suggest adding more of a taco bell influence to the decor since col. Sanders is ruling this roost.
Little slow for fast food took 7 minutes for the order to come out right and there was no one in the store but me and the employees and three people in the Drive-Thru who were waiting for food and it took them 12 minutes to get their order for each one of them three twelve or 24 so almost a half hour for three orders plus mine 35 to 40 minutes for for customers to have their food come out properly and then to have it checked and rechecked it's supposed to be fast food fast food is anywhere between 3 to 7 minutes when placing an order I have reported this to the corporate office of Market Force which I am a member of and I am one of the customer service representatives for Market Force which is the company that does mystery shopping or secret shoppers for the network of KFC colors and a few other stores in the DuPage County area
Blast from the past! Don't eat at Taco Bell much, but when I heard the Mexican pizza was back I had to try it again. I was not disappointed! Very tasty and filling. Service at the Lisa location on Maple with super fast as well, thanks!
Overall, it’s about a 4 for me. It says it opens at 6 am but when I asked for breakfast, they didn’t have it available and only had lunch/dinner options. Yeah, I didn’t want the normal menu at 9 am in the morning.
Inside is clean. Employees are pleasant and made sure I got everything for my order. Food is very consistent, always tasted fine no rotten ingredients. Usually no waiting inside.
Ceaser pita DOESNT know how to properly refund money. Second. Poor service from the attendant. If I had her name she’d be on here too. Couldn’t even distinguish the menu at the job she works for. Let alone doesn’t know how to properly speak to people. Claimed to be a manager. Joke. Customer service honey. If you don’t like your job. LEAVE. As for Paco over there who came to the rescue. Stay in your lane. If you don’t like your job. LEAVE. You have the audacity to swear at me for your employees mistake. Get a grip on the business and maybe you can go from working at Taco Bell to an actual company that doesn’t involve fast food because you’re clearly unhappy with your position. Peace and love. Oh and when I looked back at the receipt. The fools have no structure. I paid cash. Not card. Clowns. Absolute clowns.
They do good job in Taco Bell but don’t order any chicken sandwiches it’s cold and they puts only chicken tenders from kfc
this taco bell is always a solid choice for late night food since it’s one of the few places in the area open past 9/10. service is always super quick and our order has never been messed up once. staff are friendly and willing to help you through confusing orders
