I’ve been their loyal customer since 3years everyday
I spend about 30 dollars and last 4 time they messed up my order if gloria works there she is good but other then her no one care for your food or money they just want to get your money
I mean who grilled the damnn supreme chalupa
It supposed to be fried not grill and I never had problem in 3 years now all of sudden since last 2 month everything is changed there I think manager needs to pay more attention on customer food then just getting their money I will never go there again and I’ll make sure non of my family go there again and the chalupa is burnt look at the picture guys please avoid going here they don’t know how to cook and when I called she said we are training new employees I mean if you training new employees that don’t mean you can mess up people food we are not getting discount we are paying full amount and we are not getting anything for free

They need to work on presentation of their food..nearly everytime I order from here, my bags are really greasy. And the wrappers that contain my food often carry scales of some sort...which grosses me out. I love the food but...I dont want scales in or on my food. It's disgusting to open a bag to find foreign material on/around my food. I've had to throw my food out or ask for a refund on multiple occasions..and the bag shouldn't look as though it were tagged by a spray can of grease with only one or two items in it; or ever really. I go back everytime hoping that they've improved their service, but after two years I don't see it happening. I don't recommend going here. The people are okay, and they're fast; but somehow foreign objects find their way into my bag and i've somewhat developed a form of phobia of people preparing my food as a result. Probably not an issue for some but just thought i'd spread awareness.
Stopped here after leaving a restaurant that was not good. I ordered the chicken enchilada Burrito, 2 cantina chicken tacos, and a cheese fry. Everything was delicious, but wow I'm now obsessed with the enchilada Burrito, it was sooo good! Restaurant was clean and kept up with. All of the staff we interacted with were absolutely great, and went the extra step to make sure everything was good.
Came to this location after a different Taco bell in Naperville. This particular Taco bell is in Bolingbrook and has FANTASTIC customer service. Joshua took our order and he is a nice young man with wonderful manners. He knew exactly what burrito my husband was describing! Just wanted to share our experience. The employees are busy doing their job. Manager is very sweet. She always has a smile. GREAT EMPLOYEES. We were here on March 4, 2024 at 4:55pm. Looking forward to our next visit.
It's always something with this location. Usually the sauce is forgotten but i ordered 4 burritos and cinnamon twists. Got home to realize there's no twists. Okay whatever. We start eating the burritos and it feels like you split 2 burritos and made 4. Not to mention there were no fiesta strips on any of them. There was no line. It wasn't busy. At least they remembered the sauce. ????
The best taco bell I've been to. I'm so used to my order being incorrect, taking forever and not having what I ordered from Taco Bell. Here I was through the drive through in under 3 minutes, everything I ordered was there AND all of my items were exactly as pictures (no half full tacos or burritos missing cheese!)
This is one of the best Taco Bell. We have always gotten the right order. The food was cooked just right.
I have ordered food to go and they constantly mess up my order. One time I think they gave me someone else's food. Food is fine when they get it right,but the inconvenience is driving back. Luckily, I live a few minutes away
