The guy working forgot my nachos, went back to tell him, he started arguing with me about it even though it was on the receipt, finally gave me the nachos, get home and realize, he didn't put cheese on them... on nachos..
This location is just plain bad. More often than not my order is incorrect. I try to not order more than 4 individual items because if I do, it's all but guaranteed that 1 will be missing or incorrect.
This particular store is also extremely stingy with sauce packets. Despite always asking for extra, I sometimes have less sauce packets than I do tacos. Just last night I asked for extra packets above what was initially shown on the order screen, the guy said he'd throw in some extra, and when I got home and checked, there was literally one extra packet. Gee thanks?!
Some specific staff are generally unfriendly to drive through customers, not even acknowledging you as they shove their hand out the window with your food because they are too busy also taking an intercom order. Perhaps some training in customer service is warranted?
Worse service ever, limits hot sauce and does not give you more than two per item, I love dousing my burritos with hot sauce without it, it really sucks. Why does it bother the employee so much for more hot sauce???? Just make us happy we payed!!!
Great food! They don’t mess up the order usually. However, so much attitude from the ordering staff everytime. They get mad if you order too much food
This is the only Taco Bell I’ve ever been to that won’t grill a cheesey roll up. lol so I just had to wait in line for no reason. It’s extra crazy because as a former Taco Bell employee I know how easy they are to make. She said she wouldn’t do it because it’s messy. But I’ve made hundreds with less mess than a quesadilla. I’ll just skip this location going forward.
I hate to write a negative review because I 've never had any issues eating taco bell before but on May 15th 2:15 PM, I got the number 10 from this location for lunch, but it damned near killed me.
Within 20 minutes of eating it, I felt my stomach growling. My stomach was hurting me so much that I had to leave work early.
When I got home, I made several trip to the washroom. I had the worst diarrhea one could ever experience, followed by a shiver, body aches and nausea.
I spent the whole night feeling like dying.
Now, I'm not saying that people should not eat there but be careful. As for me, I never want to experience this pain again.
I will never go there again, that's for sure
Got our food really quick. And everything was correct and great quality. And wasnt to far off from the high way so its in a pretty Convenient spot.
10 out of 10 stars. :)
This tomorrow bell had much fresher food and tortillas. Drive thru was fast and they were very nice. They did limit our fire sauce which was a bit frustrating.
