They advertise breakfast until 11AM but if you pop in around 10:30am, and order breakfast on their kiosk (because no body ever comes to the counter) They will waist your time sitting for 10-15 minutes just to tell you they’re not serving breakfast anymore.
This place needs better communication, customer service and stop advertising breakfast til 11AM if you won’t make it after 10:30am.
Was not greeted or acknowledged upon entry. There were 3 workers prepping food for Drive thru and ignoring the dinning room. After 5 mins of standing at front counter and 5 minutes of sitting. 3 more workers returned from lunch break. Finally I had to flag one down to let them know I had an order to pick up. I also informed the supervisor that the worker preparing food was wiping his nose with his arm in front of people in the dining room and to have him wash his arms hands. The worker was heard saying he would take the reprimand. Then telling people just back from lunch he made people wait due to the customers annoying him. I never spoke to this man. Is it Taco bells policy to make people wait because the customer annoys its employees? ????????
I go in, stand there for over 5 min, 10 min, get my food, i just want a straw for my drink, a short woman with glasses who had been eating at a table the entire time i was standing there, finsihed up to go back and make food, without washing her hands, put gloves on!! I asked for a straw, she flipped around, looked me straight in the eyes and said very angrily, there are other people ahead of you. (There was nobody else in the lobby but one doordasher who had also been there when I got there, she also asked for her order and was told as rudely that they would get to the order after they were done with drive through. So I'm still waiting, a elderly man comes in and cannot use the new Kiosk.. The same short woman rudely helped him after I offered to help. Then the big guy cooking finally came over and handed me a straw. Can these people move slower? Do they think their job is a joke? I've truly never seen anybody treat customers so rudely. Also, the place is filthy. Every table is dirty. Nobody wipes them. There's trash under the pop machine. The bathrooms have poop on the toilet. I won't be going back there. No matter how much I love taco bell.
Aside from this location almost always leaving out tomato and sour cream when I order anything Supreme, Today I was served a nacho bell grande that smelled foul. The beef looked ‘off’. Not sure if it was expired, but it certainly seemed like it. The chips used in the nachos were definitely stale, though. The price for what you get just isn’t worth it anymore and I won’t be going here anymore.
Honestly, this kiosk thing sucks. My boyfriend doesn't like using them. Fir a valid reason. But the employees are so rude about it. Please remember not everyone wants/able to use the kiosk. Do better Taco Bell. I'm about to go find tacos elsewhere. The value and deliciousness has been going down hill for a while now. We bought nothing
So my Taco Bell days are definitely at an end. Seven dollars for this! And I got three???????? times are definitely changing, and my budget over appetite is too!
And how come nobody seems to know how to evenly distribute roll a burrito ???????? all steak in the first half then all rice in the second ????
You lost a customer tonight because of the female working this evening. 02/08/24 Very unprofessional. I started to give her my order and she interrupted me and said i am fine thank you for asking. She started laughing with her co-worker rude!
This place is great! Heard a lot of good things about this Taco Bell! Came all the way down from Los Angeles to try it. The food and customer service was splendid. You see in the County of LA you can’t really count on fast food due to 10 million plus people living here so you expect the worse to not get disappointed. Stayton Taco Bell on the other hand is a different story, since it’s more of a local fast food restaurant I believe you can definitely connect better with the employees there and experience a real customer service experience. It pains me to see my experience is a diamond in the ruff but what do you expect when most of these people on here leaving reviews are old crusty dusty white folks. Hope you enjoyed my review ????
