Ordering via the kiosk did not come out as I wished and ingredients that I'm allergic to were included. When the host came to the register they said that was the way it was ordered and did not cut me a break or show me their order I didn't have a receipt because I didn't want to give the kiosk my cell number or email. I felt like I might as well go to a vending machine it was so impersonal.

The food at this TacoBell has always been presented perfectly, and been of high quality. I never find anything wrong with my order at this TacoBell.
5 stars for food.
The service is another great trait with this TacoBell. The wait times are very low; always below 5 minutes, and the managers are very courteous to their staff & customers. The managers ensure the process is being completed adequately and excellently by checking in on the costumers, which is a nice touch.

The dining area is always VERY clean here. The staff clean the dining area cyclically and often, making the establishment feel comfortable and sanitary.
5 stars for atmosphere.
Overall, this TacoBell has been among the best I’ve ever been to. I will go out of my way to go to this one in particular when I’m craving something on the menu. I highly recommend this TacoBell to anyone in the area wanting a quick lunch, dinner, or breakfast!

-2 stars to service, as I’ve received a bad with ingredients carelessly tossed around. It’s stained my clothes, and my 1 dollar worth of guacamole was thrown on the paper instead of in my food. What the hell is this?

I walked in at 5:50 and a guy came from the back and saw me at the counter and never said anything and went back. Finally an older lady I think she's Jamaican came assist me, super friendly. The dining area was dirty. I was not able to sit by the booth all of them were full of food. What a turn off. Why have bodies instead of good employees? I'm glad I was not a secret shopper. I'm from east and was in the area for business and craved a burrito.
There is a young lady that works there her name is Erica she is so courteous and polite and so helpful she's got a wonderful disposition and I love when she takes care of me she always asks me if everything's okay she make sure I check my food and she always make sure I have whatever sauces I want give me extra napkins and she's got a beautiful smile
Poor taste of food. It is not the same quality and when you go at nite through the drive thru they only except apple ???? pay. What a way of conducting business. The managers are not caring about the business. They only care about the check. District managers beware it won't be long before you to are fired for not watching these stores due to poor management and not following company policy. I think I'll send a letter of dissatisfaction to the company performance. I feel if you cannot deliver. It's time to close down so new businesses can bring in better tasting food. I see taco bell closing more doors soon. ☹️
My rating is based on trying the new grilled cheese nachos fires. I paid almost 6 bucks and I can count on my many fires I had on my hand the proportion of food was very small.
They mess up our order at least 50% of the time. When we ask to replace the meat, they don’t. They often forget to put an entire item in our bag. We usually don’t order from her but when we do, there is always a mistake.
I just got robbed. I ordered the double meat chalupa and you can’t even see the meet. Smh ????♀️
The tacos or half full and Harley has any meat it’s not fair these people are getting away with this
