Let me tell you. The gentleman that took my order AND gave me my food this past Saturday was SUCH a delight! He was very pleasant and patient, and he's been working there for a while because I remember him from a previous visit . So, I can't say that his niceness is temporary. You know how new employees are nice, then they get a "taste "of the job and turn nasty. Not him. He's genuinely nice
Went to order the new Cantina Chicken Quesadilla, and it comes with a guacamole dip. I was excited to try it out and when I opened the dip, a long piece of black hair was inside the cup. This horrifying news pretty much ruined my meal and my day. Taco Bell failed me.
This has got to be the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell, I asked the employee if they had the Box meal and he replied bothered by the question I asked him, and he said NO! As I was waiting on my order I was looking at the kiosk machine, and saw they offered the box meals..The Nacho fries on the Aardvark were cold.
All 4 of my crunchy tacos were broken.
Took 25 minutes from ordering to receiving food.No drinks available at the restaurant.
Staff was slow as can be and was of no help.
Did not receive receipt. Woman working there was more concerned with talking to a person at a table than actually helping anyone who was waiting for their order.
Cece at this location was amazing! Her friendly and positive attitude need to be highly commended. This woman is an extremely valuable asset to your organization. Do not let her go!
The food and service stink! Both used to be really awesome then over the last few months it hit bottom! The last few times time I ate here the food was sloppily prepared and the Staff were RUDE ! The dining room and restrooms were clean. I will not eat here again! I was told that they hired more staff. That’s ok I won’t be back!
Drive thru terrible experience. Too many inexperienced young adults. My order was not correct. I went inside although I was NOT able to do so because of personal reasons. Sometimes customers use the drive up option because of health reasons.
Inside, I found the manager to be ugly toward the transaction. I did not want to be charged twice. I just wanted my money back since I got a receipt for something else I did Not order. The manager tried to make me look as though I was the problem instead of treating the customer professional and just returning my money because I did not receive food. I finally got my money back and left the store. Until you address these issues with that crew, I will Not return.

I ordered a chicken chalupa supreme and the shell was so rock hard. It was so nasty tasting like it was old. It just broke into pieces when I tried to take a bite because it was so hard. There was hardly any chicken inside the shell. I wish I would have realized it before I got home. It was the worst chalupa that I ever ate. I will never go to that Taco Bell again.
