Waited 40 minutes for an online order.
When I arrived, I had to wait 9 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me. I told her it was an online order and gave my name. She then just walked away. Around 20 minutes later I'm trying to get her attention to ask about my order. She asked for my name again, then simply walked away once more. 15 minutes later another employee showed up so I asked her about my order, she informed me she couldn't find it in the system. I gave her all the details about the order and she was then able to start it after apologizing for the wait.
I just don't understand why the first employee couldn't tell me anything the first or even second time around. I understand they are understaffed and mistakes happen in the system. But to ignore me for over 40 minutes is unacceptable.
12:40pm and business should be open. Sat in drive thru for 15min stuck with a car in front of me and cars behind me.after car in front decide to leave after no respond, I kept driving seeing worker inside through the window. The worker could at least said sorry we temporarily closed or placed a sign up instead of having people pull up wait and disregarded. The car in front of me even tried to go in and door was locked. This is terrible service on their behalf. I understand if their is staffing or any other issue but at least do customer a courtesy and just place a signature
This poor team is severely under staffed every time I have been here. To the point where they have the doors locked and you can only go through the drive thru because there isn’t enough staff to support indoor customers. Makes me wonder about the franchise owner and general manager if they can’t properly staff/retain employees.
I was doing doordash. Around 11:10pm(May 27th, 2024), I had an order to pick up from this location. When I arrived, the door was closed, and when I drove around to the drive-through, an employee simply said, "we're close." I looked through the window, and all the employees were all just hanging out in the dining room. I had to cancel that delivery, and now my delivery rate has dropped because of it.
Horrible!! That's all I have to say. The forgot to give me my full order. I ordered spicy potato soft tacos and there were no potatos to be found. Smh. I know it is not going to make a difference in what I say because staff and mgmt that works there doesn't care.
The ONLY local Taco Bell that charges $9.99 for a cravings box. Takes AGES to get food in the drive through even with one single car ahead of you. I can be understanding when it happens once or twice, but this place is so consistently slow as hell. I’ve also been served rancid cinnamon twists, though this is the only true food quality issue I have had.
Not sure if this place is understaffed, however, my Uber eats order had to go back to get my order due to the branch's original error, still somehow got my whole order wrong when I received it. I do not know how a place gets an entire order wrong and continues to operate. Don't go to this place because you can expect a terrible experience. Shut this place down already
If I can give this location zero stars, I would. WORST customer service ever. They ALWAYS get my order wrong. These workers should be screened better before being hired.
