I REALLY wanted them to work out, but after 3 complete flops it's hard to give another chance. First, the good. Speed. I was debating on giving an extra star just for speed, but that leads us into the bad. Part of the issue is hastily thrown together, half finished burritos IF they even give the right burritos which would likely be remedied if the staff could slow down and breathe a little to make sure things were done and bagged correctly. Once or twice I can understand. Three times and it's a pattern. On top of this, the "extra meat" and "extra cheese" (if they bother to put it on) is barely if at all distinguishable from the standard amount which is horrendous for the added charges and almost needed if you get any of the "better" meat options. Onto the taste. I guess it was a blessing that most of the order was incorrect, because the one thing that was "correct" (albeit with a VERY skimpy amount of cheese) allowed me to taste the beef in its full inglory. Why does it taste like cat food straight from the can? My high school days are over, i never thought id have to go through that again. To wrap it up nicer than they wrap their burritos, with the prices of these menu items and skimpy portions it's almost like they're begging customers to go somewhere else.
I placed a mobile order, since I drive for work. I just wanted to run in and grab my food fast so I could get something in my belly for the night ???????? I get there and a shopping cart is in front of the door and a sign saying door dash and mobile orders to go thru drive thru. Drive thru was backed up when I arrived. The line didn't move for 10 minutes. Been waiting for over 20 minutes for a simple order I could've gone in to grab in no time. ???? Waiting to see how old and soggy my food is....
Nice group of people. Order was messed up and called to let them know. Told me to give my name and manager I spoke with and they would make it right. They did just that with no problem.
Terrible service. Repeatedly. Every time I go there is something new wrong, this time they have us stale food and forgot an entire cheesy gordita crunch that they were then RUDE about replacing. It was an online order and I have the receipt in my email and their employee did not provide a physical receipt however somehow got having a physical receipt as well is MY problem? I don’t know what happened to customer service but this taco bell has lost their tact.
This Taco Bell has struggled with customer service for a long time. The last 2 times I've been here the service and food was exceptional. I think they've turned it around !
Broken tacos. Cold bean burrito. Employees being loud, laughing and playing around. Management on duty outside smoking. This at 130pm. This is THE WORST TB location in the Dayton area. Never again.
i went thru the drive thru. i asked for a double decker taco, a bean burrito, nacho fries, and mild sauce. i received the double decker taco which the hard shell was broken into pieces. the bean burrito, a nacho cheese sauce but no fries. and i got no mild sauce. i call and they say to come and they’ll replace it. i get there, they give me my fries. and a singular mild sauce packet. ONE. i’m overall not happy with this experience. everytime i go here something’s wrong. and they know one mild sauce isn’t going to be enough for 2 things ????????♀️.
It’s not first time,It happened to me every time I am here.
Employees doesn’t care when customers walk in.
I had to wait 30 mins till someone answered. I tried calling them but no one cared to attend. They keeping playing and talking among themself but never care to attend the customer. It would be if they had good work place ethics.
