Requires you to use the kiosk. Took us 10 minutes to do what they could have done in 30 seconds. We opted to pay cash & person in kitchen was on their phone, we waited 5 min before saying "Hello" & they seemed confused when we said we wanted to pay cash. They were quick, order wrong, but ok. Taco bell is failing.
I have to say that I really appreciate the staff at this TB.
When placing an order at the kiosk, they are very prompt at getting your cup to you. Food is out fast. Actively picking up the dining room.
Only critique is that my quesadilla could have used a little longer on the grill. Not all the cheese was melted.
But plenty of cheese with my nachos, etc.

I had money, you had the taco but I can’t have taco?!?! I heard about the new Cantina taco, I drove to Taco Bell, the place that gives the yummy taco and was told I can’t have the taco because you can only have it if you order it online! Here I am, anticipation is high, mouth watering, it’s about to go down. I’m gonna eat my way into new taco bliss right!!! Nope. I forgot my phone. Who the heck needs a phone, I know where the yummy tacos are. I’m in the drive through, I’m at the speaker, I place my order for several Cantina tacos, the lady says do you want soft or hard, I tell her yes. I’ll take them all, I got money and I want the taco. I need it, I can smell it, you have the taco and I WANT IT!!! She says ok, pauses then says oh, sorry, that’s only available online. I’m confused. I say it’s ok, I’m here now, no need to get on the interwebs, this is happening in real life. She’s like nope, sorry, you can only have the taco if you order it online. I say hey, I forgot my phone, all I have is this fist full of cash and a hankering for some yummy tacos. Let’s do the deal, nobody will know, it will be our little secret. I whisper that last part, no need for anybody to know what’s happening here. It’s just a little taco deal. Nope, no tacos for Joey. I ask again, I can hear the distain in her voice, I did not use my magic pocket computer and now I’m seeing a future with no tacos. I tried to hold it together but one single tear slipped down my cheek as I again pleaded for the yummy taco. I let one last whimper slip past my lips… but Joey wants the taco?? NO!! YOU WILL NEVER GET THEM. Only the internet can give you the delicious taco, you sad little voice is not enough!!!! I’m home now writing this review. I stopped at Hardee’s. I ate through 7 chicken tacos and a mushroom and Swiss trying to drown my sadness. Hardee’s did not care that my phone was at home, they just gave the tacos. I still think about the cantina taco though. What’s it taste like? Is it awesome? Can somebody just tell me about it?!?! With much sadness… Joey
Every single mf time I order something from here they forget at least two things. How they think they deserve 16+ an hour is beyond me. Never any straws, never any forks.
You've got to be kidding me! If I had wanted just tortillas, I would have just gone to Walmart. It would definitely have been cheaper. I received two "crunchwrap supremes" that look just like the picture. Just a tortilla and the crunchy flat inside. That's it. Seriously. My two quesadillas were just a folded tortilla with a little sauce. I'm flabbergasted that after waiting at the window for 10 minutes, this is what came out. Absolute garbage.
Order was wrong, When I approached the employee acted as if she didn't speak English, Yet, she was reading the order screen okay.
I came back to this location today and a Grilled Cheese Burrito meal with extra steak and a soft taco supreme upgrade and two soft tacos was 17 and change. There was barely any steak, asked for lite chipotle sauce and it was smothered in it.
I had to take a second and comment on this location- I drove through during dinner time on a weekend (around 6 on Saturday). I was able to drive right up and place my order, which tends to be very particular, pay for the food and get the food (everything in the order was 100% correct, hot, and delicious) all in less than five minutes! I was so impressed I made a comment to the cashier about them being faster than me, as I was stumbling to pull my card out. He responded by taking pride in being the fastest restaurant service in the area. I completely agree with that! Not only were they fast, they got everything right. Very impressed. Hopefully other restaurants follow their lead!
