Been to this location multiple times. I just picked up food for someone else. Usually service and food is decent. I went yesterday. First of all, the cashier spoke in a very low voice working the drive thru. Second, she was not listening to me when I ordered. Her long hair was not up. Her extreme make-up was unprofessional. Third, the portions were weak. The tacos were not filled all the way. Definitely not made fresh. I actually ended up getting sick. That's why I don't eat fast food. I wanted to call the manager. I would not recommend taco bell on a Monday.
UPDATE: GOT HOME AND ORDER WAS MISSING ITEM AND HAIR IN THE TACO!!! ????♂️????♂️????♂️Manager instructed employees not to add anything to order at window if forgotten unless they drive back around. (Yes please don’t make more money for store) that makes since always the night crew seems like they just don’t wanna work. Great job Taco Bell
Recently went through the drive through here, obviously late, and we had some of our food missing, had to go back through the drive through and explain some of our order was missing. The female at the window seemed less than interested in helping us, just said “hand over the bag” and then another employee seemed to help her figure out what was missing based on our receipt. Then they gave us our order plus the missing items, no apology, just handed it over with stony silence. I get it, it’s late, and mistakes happen, I just pointed out “hi I’m sorry we seem to be missing some items”. Once home I noticed some food was tossed around in the bag, and even to the point my cinnamon twists were all crushed and one of my soft tacos was completely unwrapped, filling spilled all over the bag. I didn’t think I was in any way malicious, just wanted the food I paid for, and they decided to tear apart my taco, as well as crush my twists. Pretty unprofessional way to deal with an error.
A few years back when this location opened, we were happy to have one closer to home. We just hoped that they would have competent employees. After a few years of being opened, I can safely say that this is the most consistent taco bell location I have ever been to in my life. By that, I mean they are consistently bad. They will rarely get your order right, and when you ask the employees a question that a five year old could answer, they look at you with a blank stare on their face. I have two possible suggestions for the owner:
1. Fire everyone there, rehire and train properly
Or
2. Close the store down
I can deal with the recent price hike from Taco Bell. I cannot deal with that combined with complete incompetence. If this is the direction that other taco bells are heading towards, I'll stick with del taco and taco cabana.
Asked for no lettuce cause of a allergy and this how I got my tacos with nothing In them.
This place is a toxic environment to work at. The review about Arianna not wanting to work there is true. She gets bullied on her shift, the manager on her shift is verbally abusive, yells and curses at when speaking to her, be littles her, causes stress and anxiety and makes verbal threats. To all who need a job, DONT APPLY HERE!
It's a group of kids in their 20's working there. We ordered a large fries ???? it might of been a small. My husband got a potato taco. The potatoes were hard as rocks! My chicken burrito had hardly any chicken in it. The bean burrito was all tortilla hardly any beans. There were dirty tables and food on the floor. The employees were having a great time in the back. Going across the way to get pizza ????. It was like a party going on. We won't go back!! If you want Taco Bell don't go to this one ???? ???? ????!

I'm down for fast service but they gave me my food with my card after I paid. I handed it to my passenger and said check it and it was wrong; the whole thing ????????
Anywho I swung back around and told her and she litterally just said "uhhhhh". I got home and it was still wrong, homeboy in the back really wants to meet the criteria for getting those orders out ????????????
