The worst Taco Bell experience of my entire life. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes to pick-up my order placed on their app. Given no explanation on why we were waiting for so long. After great anticipation our order is finally ready, only to be made incorrectly and having missing items. The Manager wasn't helpful, I'd say even rude during the whole conversation. I'm ashamed to call myself a TBell fan after this experience. For the love of God, please do better. Not just for me, an unhappy customer, but for all of your customers wanting their own successful Taco Bell experience.

Too much wait time: over 30 minutes drive through to get my online order. What is a purpose of online order if you have to wait another 30 to 40 minutes waste gas. Even inside you can not go. Waste of time. Needs to improve customer service. There is a Wendy’s next to Taco Bell at least learn from it. Honestly it suck’s. Customers were leaving and it looks like they are creating a scene to show others that we are busy. I really left if did not place my online order. It was a nightmare visit.

Spent $35.00 to feed my family. Part of my order was missing. When I called them, they laughed and hung up on me. I tried calling every day for a week, and no one would answer. I finally got through today and was told they would not replace the order. I asked for the district manager's info and was told they didn't have that information. This location will not get my business again.

Delicious food. I like that they have many vegetarian options. I recommend the Crunchwrap Supreme and the loaded fries with guacamole.

Soft tacos now for the last two years are never cooked when going through the drive through. Speed is great but slow down cause have the tortillas are ALWAYS not cooked. Literally ordered 4 tacos and I was unable to eat them.

Not sure what has changed but they are not cooked. Something has to change.

First they forget my food then they give me my food all missed up. I liked this taco bell too

My experience was not so good. Half of the items we ordered were not put in our bag, even though we paid for so I definitely would not order from here again.
