Whoever is working the intercom at 9 pm Friday night has gotta be the most unprofessional drive thru guy.
Not only is the drive-through guy, incompetent, whoever bagged my order is incompetent also. I ordered the steak chili Verde fries, which require a utensil to eat them rather than get my fingers and all the sauce and they didn’t provide a plastic fork.
Additionally, they gave me a ton of sauces that I didn’t even ask for.
Restaurants really need to stop allowing employees to wear AirPods while they’re working. They’re not even paying attention to what they’re doing.
You got to put someone else on drive thru.
I love taco bell in general and so I'm a fan of any one of them. This one serves you quickly.
You can NOT dine in at this location. Why? I have no idea. They have tables, chairs and adequate space as it was a dine in, at one time.
Food quality and taste-wise, this is one of the most consistent Taco Bells I have been to. The portions are generous, orders are accurate and staff is polite and friendly.
I skip a few close-by locations to avoid hit or miss orders, and drive to this one for the consistency.
I asked to use the bathroom and they still have Covid rules and the lady was rather rude. So I’d advise to stay away
Dining room now closed a sign says. Actually a nice Taco Bell and people are friendly. Too bad dining room is closed permanently.
My husband and I just left here after grabbing some quick dinner and the young man with braces that helped us at the window was the nicest guy ever. Best experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. Wish I knew his name to add to this shout out!
Food and order came out great. But man… some of the drive thru workers are beyond rude, particularly at night. No greeting, no manners, no offering for sauces, nothing.
It’s such an awkward experience.
I understand it’s “just” Taco Bell but that’s no excuse.
