Crazy how it’s a chain and actually the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Everything crispy and crunchy is stale and the quality of everything is virtually inedible. They also gave me a beef pizza and not a bean one.
Taco Bell is a good restaurant. I love their food and I love the restaurant decor. This is good food if you like fast Mexican food. They have giant tablet computers where you can place your order or you can order through the Taco Bell app or at the counter. You can also order through Uber Eats and have your order delivered by an Uber driver. They have dine-in and take out. Taco Bell is conveniently located on Fresh Pond Road by Eliot avenue in the mini-mall so stop on by for a snack or for your next meal. Hope to see you there!
They gave me meat instead of a black bean order I made. They originally handed it to the wrong person even though there was only 3 of us in there. Then they promised to remake my food and made it with meat. This location is always a mess and even though the staff is friendly they're always slow, confused and/or stoned. It wouldn't matter if they got a simple order correct.
Went to this taco bell on July 1st. Ordered some food and before leaving ask to use the bathroom. The cashier told me someone was cleaning it. When the employee came out ask again this time to the manager and he told me NO. This is a brand new location and if someone was cleaning the restrooms is because work. Will writing a woman came in, her order was completely wrong. This is good opportunity to re-train on customer service. By the way I saw a lady working in the kitchen on flip flop, safety hazard!!!
Ordered take out late night. 25 minutes later the order was cancelled. Trash is a an insult to the debris on the sidewalk when describing this location
If I could leave a zero, I would. The seats and tables and sticky floors are filthy. Soda all over the floor. Hang out no paying customers. Plus employees not friendly. If I wanted to buy crackers I should have. Spent $30 for empty taco shell. I know things are expensive but give me food. My experience was awful. Never again
I am vegetarian and they get at least one item wrong every time. Tonight I ordered five items (pizza, two tacos, Gordita, soda). I only got three items and they all had meat in them. This is extremely disappointing as I waited an hour for the food.
The owner is a scumbag, don't give them your business, worst taco bell I've ever been to. Went in at 5pm and there was literally 1 old dude working the counter and kitchen, took 10 minutes for another person to come out. This is pretty routine for this taco bell, I come in at rush hour and there's always only 2 people working the whole store. When you charging $12 for a build your own cravings box with 2 people working the store you're getting away with highway robbery. You feel bad for the workers having to work the rush there. Portions here are tiny too compared to everywhere else, the managers tell them to skimp out on the portions. Garbage business, go to the one on Myrtle Ave it's 10 times better.
