Do don't order from here unless you're expecting mass disappointment.
First off, every time I have went to this Taco Bell, they have gotten my order wrong every SINGLE time. If I ask for no sour cream, they'll still add sour cream or if I ask for sour cream, they won't add sour cream. It's like they do it on purpose. Sometimes they won't even give you the stuff you order.
Secondly, there's been many times I'll go here and they'll be closed an hour early without any reason or will be doing door dash only. They're computer is also always supposedly "broken."
I live close to this Taco Bell as well, and I've always see cops over there for whatever reason.
I could say so much more negative things about this place, but I'll leave it here.
Do not waist your time going here. This place might as well be closed permanently for as bad as it is.
Placed an online order through the app. Was told pickup would be inside at the pickup counter. When arriving at the store we could see inside and nothing there so waited in car. About 10 min later get a text that it's ready. Go to go inside and door is locked. At this time the drive thru line is super long and not moving. Already upset at this point I tried calling the store multiple times to see if someone could just bring it out with no answer. I called atleast 10x or more. After another 30 min in line I finally get up to the speaker where I told them of the situation and the lady says ma'am your order has been ready. Right for 30 min so who would want to pay 60 bucks for cold food? I asked if it could be remade then and she proceeds to tell me yes but I will be waiting another 30 min or more. I was furious so yes I got rude and said then refund me. She then says I need to cancel it in the app. There is NOWHERE in the app to cancel. I tell her this and she then basically says I'm not getting a refund or my money and calls me a bit** I used to like this location ( guess I only went before during the day) but I will never ever step foot near this taco bell again! And the lady who called me a bit** should be lucky I'm a grown woman with class!
I don't know what's been going on at this location the past month or two but they will "close" literally 2 hours early and make you wait at the drive thru hoping someone will eventually take your order until you finally give up. Last night they at least had the courtesy to put a sign on the drive thru window though so thats progress. I get being short staffed, however they had staff still in the building. So maybe they should clock out, cut the lights off and leave next time so people don't have to play the guessing game
We tried placing a mobile order for pick up. The restaurant was closed, our order had been processed as ready, when we asked about it the person inside was rude and not helpful at all in getting our money back. We will not come back to this store again.
all workers were very rude . friday may 24 at 8:32 apparently it was shift change and we were picking up an order . an employee who wasn’t even the manger started yelling and shut the door multiple times . the manger an older lady was very rude and said we must go around when we were already waiting 40 minutes for a pick up . all customers were rude and need fired that is no way to talk to customers at all . and that wait time needs fixed
2nd time I've visited this store in a week and the computer system was down, no orders could be taken. Really seems like this location doesn't like having business
The lady at the window had her little baby at the window, couldn't of been more then just a few months and it was just crazy to even see , she was making our drinks and get out bag together while she a phone to her ear and the baby on her hip . And to be honest the food was just cold and not good .
Ordering off the app will get you your correct order less than 50% of the time. Whoever owns this location, you can fire half the people because only half of them are working at any time.
