Kudos Taco Bell Versailles! Over the past 5 months I have watched you go from a 3 ring circus that I had black listed to a pretty decent place again. I'm sure it took a lot of hard work and time but it shows. You had to almost replace an entire crew including management.. but oh what a difference it has made. Pay a tiny bit more attention to missed items and I will come back and give you a 5 star. Great job Taco Bell Versailles
This is 2 Doritos supreme tacos from order of 3. $9 plus tax .This is their idea of Taco Tuesday? I don't think they care enough no matter what day. Also, this isn't the first time just the worst time. I'd laugh if it didn't cost so much.
Same issues others before me had. Sloppy tacos. First one had no lettuce but lots of cheese, the second one barely had any meat, half of the taco was empty and not enough meat to spread it. It had a little bit of lettuce but hardly any cheese. The third one was in the same park as the other two. Where is the management and what is the issue of not having quality control. This is apparently common at this location. How do you raise your prices and lower your quality? How do you justify It? Its not worth the stress. I recommend eating somewhere else.
There was a plastic glove/bag in my burrito.
Staff was nice and pretty fast, but you really can't get over plastic in your burrito
My husband and I both got food poisoning after eating here. Very BRUTAL 3-4 days.
The two workers holding down the fort tonight did a fantastic job. Hot food and fast service!
Worst experience of my lifetime at a Taco Bell. Missed items, and wouldn't remake the entire order. Not only that but my replacement burrito has no meat in it.
