I’m genuinely so happy with this Taco Bell. They used to be so slow and the people that worked there were questionable. But now everyone is always so sweet and respectful. the food is always hot and made very fast. I’m so happy that there is a place close to my home that I trust and really appreciate the work they’ve put into this Taco Bell within the last year or two.

I showed up at 8:30am to find the store closed. The manager inside rudely told me that they open at 10am. Google says they open at 9am. I've been a regular taco bell customer since 2007 and I spent 10 years working in the restaurant. This store has always had horrible customer service and is usually closed when I get there.
The only one worse than this location is the newer one off Georgesville.
I'll NEVER come back to this location.
this is my favorite Taco Bell in the area. they make the food good, not just sloppily thrown together. the employees are really nice and friendly. they seem to care about and like their job.
Ordered Soft Tacos that came dripping wet with grease literally. So much grease it made the whole taco wet, sloppy, slimy and just uneditable. Not to mention 1 soft taco was a whole $2 which seems high for taco bell but not sure if ill be back to this location anymore.
Supposed to close @3. I go to pick up at 2 they tell me everything is shut down and blamed night shift. Asked if i could wait infront for twenty minutes. A hour goes buy and they close and act as if im not outside.
Arguably some of the worst Spicy Potato Soft Tacos I’ve ever seen.. they give you the tiniest chunks of burnt hard potatoes bits with a small dab of sauce?? What the hell is this? All 3 of them I ordered were this same way..
The inside is never opened and when it is the employees are rude. If you're ordering after 9 p.m. you'll be waiting in their drive-thru for about 30-45 minutes, and 8 times out of 10 your food is wrong. I literally dread going to this Taco Bell. Not only is the food rancid but the people are too.
