I ordered online at this location a few hours ago, and found a facial hair in my taco. I was very disgusted and upset, but the staff handled the situation very well. They refunded me my entire order and gave me a free refill for my freezie, as well as vouchers for a free taco on my next visit. They were very apologetic and kind.
Totally disappointed in this food we received today. As you can see in the photos, there was barely any meat on the tacos, no cheese on the cheesy rollups and maybe 4 pieces of steak on the powerbowl. We paid 24 dollars for this a completely got jipped of food. We will not be returning. Do better please.
Gone down hill. I used to work here as a manager a couple years ago and I want to be able to like it here but the portions are so small which the employees as the not doing to core standards and I had hair in my food a few times and they did not handle it like I would have as a manager or any reasonable manager in fast food . and the area couch doesn't care much anymore cause you can complain with valid ( some times disgusting).
Not worth the price. Skimpy on the meat. Got home and realized that I got soft tacos instead of crunchy. I didn't order soft.
I went through the drive-thru but had to go back and go in because they gave me someone else's order except for the drink. Then the Mexican pizza I ordered was thrown together so fast it was a complete mess. The soft taco had barely anything in it. Won't stop here again.
The absolute WORST Taco Bell in America. Order is always incorrect, especially when you’re charged for add ons. Food is always cold. Not to mention I can empty a bottle of molasses faster than I can get through the drive thru when I’m the only one in line. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
The quality of it at the last time was absolutely terrible. Tasted disgusting, and for what you paid for you hardly got any food. The quality has gone down over the last 6 months.Dramatically it's gonna be a long time before I eat here again
Always fast, always hot and always friendly, these guys nail it every time! Get your Taco Bell late night fix here!! I highly recommend it!
