Update: gave them another chance and mannn they dont know how to make food here (I use to moonlight as a shift lead and know this is NOT how you wrap a burrito ????). Hopefully they train their staff better soon. My wrapper was tucked into the burrito lol
Line moves extremely slow during peak hours
The staff Rachel and her boss that is there right now on 2/18/22 we’re very rude when I drove back around and requested they remake my order. There was also food missing from my bag. They overcharged me as well. But when I showed them my tacos and expressed my concerns and told the manager my sugar was getting low. The manager slammed and locked the window and threw my receipt away. Very Unprofessional. I believe it was racially motivated.
I come here often and they’re usually good but today I went in for a DoorDash pick up and it seemed like half the crew was standing around. I waited for 15 minutes decided to finally grab my food myself while I was waiting some lady spilled soda on her because the nozzle came off of the soda machine And no one wanted to fix it
This is my favorite TB in the area, but I am writing a review because the experience I had on Dec 17 at around 11am was the best I've ever had. They truly went above and beyond.
The eggs were going to be another 5 minutes. For us, that was fine. So we said we'd wait. The wait was about the length they said- no big deal. I will say I felt bad because of the line that started forming. I would have waited in front no problem! But anyway, for waiting we got a coupon. They even asked if I'd like a refill of my soda. I didn't have any yet so I said no.

Our food was excellent. The order was correct and still hot. The sodas were perfect, didn't have sierra mist in stock, but the baja blast serviced nicely. The employee was friendly, and the wait wasn't bad at all. Great quick bite. Loved the outdoor banners.
Only reason I took a star away, out of the literal last 10 orders of cinnamon twists.... I got them once. No joke. Including this evening, again. Wondering why do I order these...
So gross! Found a long black hair in my food. Feel so sick to my stomach now . Returned to get a refund. Called told I was speaking to the manager named Alyssa who has a idgaf attitude . Won't come ever again. Perm ban !
Asked for no tomatoes and gave us our food it had tomatoes which my son is allergic too that's why we ordered it without, paid almost $29.00 and the Mexican pizza was so gross that it was soggy and not crispy. This is the second time I went here ans same situation both times,not returning.
We have ordered delivery from them on two different locations in the past month and twice now items were missing or customized orders were not recognized. Will not order from this location again. Very disappointed.
