Usually order the Burrito Supreme. They list seasoned beef as an ingredient, but they put mostly refried beans on it. If I wanted beans, I'd order a bean burrito. They often give me no sauce, even when I ask for it. At $9.00 a meal they could do a better job at making sure the customer gets what they want.
This is the worst taco bell location I have ever been to. They are consistently out of stuff, which doesn't matter anyways because the last 3 times I've been there they can't even put the whole order in the bag. I don't know why I come here tbh. I keep filling out the survey codes they give you but nothing ever changes. Straight up this place sucks.
Soft shell burritos were good but the Mexican pizza and the bean burritos were cold and had a awful taste. The amount of beans put on the pizza look like they came out of a pan that had been sitting to long and got cold and were starting to dry out. Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Will not be back here on 2nd shift whatsoever. I ate what I could because I had not eat all day but just couldn’t go for the last bean burrito
I used to go here all the time after work as its one of the places that stay open late. New manager? closes fryer and grill at 3-330am now and eliminates most of my fave options. Add that onto them just saying 'taco bell' at the drive through like dang.. just close early at that point. Whats the point of saying you stay open until 4am if its only 1/2 of your menu? Bffr.
The last two times I came to this location for a Nacho Bell Grande they've been FANTASTIC. I always go around lunch time and whoever makes these, just know that I appreciate you. The chips are fresh, not cooked in old oil like Noblesville and there is no skimping on toppings.
Extremely unsatisfying experience at the Elwood Taco Bell tonight for our family of 4. The 2 not even half full chipotle melts were supposed to have extra sauce which we were charged for. 1 and a third pieces of chicken each. The nacho fries weren't even half full and tasted like they were made yesterday. The not even half full cheese cup was also cold and had a nasty film on top. The chicken quesadilla was almost void of sauce and had less than half the normal amount of chicken. I called to ask if anything could be done and got put on hold forever until I eventually gave up and hung up.
Just went to get a simple order 2 Crunchwraps plan with creamy jalapeño sauce and they somehow managed to mess it up
I’m usually not this person, but my experience tonight was terrible. I understand that places are short staffed, but that doesn’t affect reading comprehension. I ordered online and got all the way home to see that I got shells with cheese lettuce and sour cream. That’s it. Go all the way back and have to wait 15 minutes just to for someone to even see me, got it remade, only to find it made incorrect AGAIN. People have dietary restrictions and have to order things the way they do for a reason. Take the time to actually listen and read and you won’t have so many unhappy customers.
