It's real hit or miss depending on the time off day you go. Some workers are more courteous than others. When I go around 4 its pretty good but later in the day they're rude and get your order wrong
40 mins for my order. Then they had their drive thru held up by some man. I'll never be back. Taco was soggy by the time I got it.

255 w Garfield Blvd - I’m talking about these locations whoever the owner of this location is very unintelligent your employees potentially making you lose thousands of dollars a day one instance, and I seen several really don’t like coming here now I get to the location two minutes after the order is already made. No one is at this location at all so they told me to come inside first time ever that happened so I come inside she made a point to make me wait nine minutes and then asked me sarcastically what was your what was the name again I said the name she gave me the order I looked at the tag. The order was made 10 minutes ago so I immediately contact DoorDash about potentially making DoorDash , whoever to get the orders but the orders already made. I don’t understand why is that they don’t work. You are messing up my arrival time and my delivery time on purpose
Yeah ignore the name, sorry to be a karen but idk who works the night shift. The first time they messed up my order I figured it was just an honest mistake but they continued to mess up the specific order lol. Idk if they're just out of tomatoes or if the night shift gets salty that i place orders late but they always mess up my order even though I paid for the extras/ add ons. Not only do I not receive the extra but they don't even add the ingredient at all. For example, i'll order and pay for extra tomatoes but EVERYTIME lol they don't even give me any at all. I wouldn't be as annoyed if this didn't happen as often as it did but no it literally is every order.Itll even show on the receipt what I wanted/ordered. & I get the same thing everytime so Idk starting to feel personal at this point lol.

Instead of working on orders and taking care of customers staff just converse with each other in the back and are constantly on they’re cell phones when I’m tryna get serviced i had to ask for service several times to a young girl on her cell phone took 20 minutes of her on her phone before someone took my order
