Ordered some tacos without sour cream and some without tomatoes they totally messed up my order. English speaking is not their strong point. This has happened at this Taco Bell at other times. Very dissatisfied with this McHenry Taco .Bell
My Crunchwrap Supreme was far from Supreme! I used to get theses all the time but haven't been to Taco Bell in some time. The Crunchwrap had almost nothing inside and a lack of meat. Won't order that again!
I really like the convenience of ordering online and getting orders quickly. Its a good location that is always very quick and accurate. However, my most recent order seemed under-portioned and I couldn't do anything in the app to fix it because the order got stuck in the pickup stage. Anyway, there was only 42 grams of meat on the supreme steak chalupa. I was literally so surprised when I opened the taco to sauce it up that I just had to break out the scale. I hope this is just a one off error and not the new portion size
This has to be one of the worse Taco Bells in the area. Everytime we go through the drive through they screw up our order. We just went through tonight to pick up our kids dinner. The lady at the drive through handed us our food. We asked her if that was everything. She said yes. We pulled up and checked and half of our order was missing. We went back through the drive through and told them half our order was missing. We went back to the window with the same lady. She couldn't sat sorry. She glared at us and threw our food at us. I could not belive how rude she was.
I was at this Taco Bell on 4/20/24. Stay away.
I ordered by kiosk, I guess nobody wants to talk to you. They forgot a couple of things I ordered, so I had to go back and get the things. Then I also ordered a Taco Bell grande, extra cheese & beef. Only the meat & cheese on there nothing else. I got home and no extra meat or cheese and and everything on there that I didn’t want.
So you order by kiosk, no receipt, never got text message. So I guess since they don’t talk to you at counter. Maybe they can’t read either.
NOTHING WAS CORRECT ON MY ORDER. Try no to go to this place. Why take the time to type into kiosk and still get everything wrong!
Waste of time
Pretty typical Taco Bell experience. It's fast food so I set the bar pretty low. The food was hot, fresh and tasty.
Service was hectic when we went at 745p. Our order was placed in the drive-thru for in store pick-up. The food was hot and fresh. Taste good. Just need better eyes on the location of pick up.
My buddy and I were looking for Taco Bell that was open. At 1 in the morning they're still open but under construction the drive-thru is closed. We go inside the restaurant, and it's a very clean restaurant. Yaneth are cashier prepared our food quickly and it was fresh and hot. Since the drive-thru is closed we decided to eat inside. Each Taco Bell has a different variety of their $5 box so I had that this evening. I was very happy we chose this Taco Bell to eat at this late night hour.
